Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das sehr freundliche Personal entschädigt dies. Wenn man im Zimmer die Stühle und die unbequemen Couch austauschen würde, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Wir waren 4 erwachsene Leute und hatten nichts weiter zu beanstanden. Super Lage in erster Reihe am Strand.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Hotel Schweriner Hof und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen ,das Hotel wurde uns gezeigt und der Knaller war dann unser Zimmer 104 mit direkten Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück war total in Ordnung und die Damen waren sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Personal ist absolut nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist o.k., nur im Fensterbereich wimmelte es von kleinen Käufern. Die Fensterabsperrung ist völlig verdreckt. WLAN war auf unserem Zimmer leider nicht verfügbar. Das Frühstück war super, man wird rundum super bedient. Über den allgemeinen Zustand des Hauses möchten wir uns nicht äußern.

Die Kissen waren super klein, die Matratze zu weich. Verdunklungsvorhänge wären großartig. Mit zwei/drei kleinen Handgriffen und frischer Wandfarbe könnte man dem Zimmer ein frischeres Leben verleihen. Aber die Fensterfront zum Meer entschädigt für kleine "Problemchen".

Der Schweriner Hof liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und somit zentral in Kühlungsborn West. Das gesamte Haus und Zimmer sind trotz des Alters in einem sehr guten Zustand und das Personal war sehr nett. Besonders war der Blick aufs Meer aus dem Zimmer.
