Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn.

War über die Größe des Apartments überrascht und leider wies die Ausstattung Mängel auf z.b. keine Kochtopf Deckel, zu wenig Gläser, kein Gemüse Messer oder Sieb. Wir haben uns für das nächste Jahr eine Liste gemacht und sind dann besser vorbereitet. Das WLan ist leider auch nicht so gut und hat permanent Aussetzer. Aber in ganz Kühlungsborn ist das Netz schlecht. Ansonsten sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider musste man im Bademantel auf die Straße um im übernächsten Gebäude den Pool nutzen zu können. Spa etc. ist auch in diesem anderen Gebäude. Vielleicht kann ja irgendwann noch das Nachbar Gebäude erworben werden um eine durchgängige Verbindung herzustellen. Auch die Anzahl der Parkplätze würde dadurch steigen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Promenade und Ostsee im Nebengebäude.Leider war der Pool im Haupthaus. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für alle was dabei. Sehr nettes Personal und auf Nachfrage wurden Sonderwünsche sofort erfüllt, auch Wurst und verschiedene Brötchen nachgefüllt. Zimmerreinigung war auch sehr gut mit freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.

Wir waren im Nachbarhaus untergebracht, ein sehr gutes Frühstück hatten wir im dortigen Restaurant Wolke. Der Weg zum Pool geht leider über bzw. entlang der Straße, aber schnell erreichbar.

Spannend und Erholsam. Der aussenliegende Saunabereich könnte durch einen Sichtschutz zu den sechs direkt darüberliegenden Zimmern noch aufgewertet werden, man fühlt sich beobachtet. Das Gleiche gilt für den Ruhebereich der Sauna zum Schwimmbad hin.

Gerne wieder

Rundum ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal. Leckeres Essen in der angeschlossenen "Orangerie". Hervorragendes Frühstück. Ich möchte aber auch die überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit gegen über Kindern hervorheben. Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub mit meiner Tochter.

Absolut negatives zu bemerken, dass man wenn man im falschen Haus ist 250 m zum Frühstück laufen muss auf der Straße bei jedem Wetter. Davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung des Hotels. Zumindestbereich muss man dann auch auf der Straße 200 m bei jedem Wetter laufen . auch dies stand nicht in der Beschreibung des Hotels. Es ist schon ärgerlich, zudem dass ich auch noch sehr schlecht zu Fuß bin und damit schon mein Tagespensum an Bewegung fast erschöpft war Positiv zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall das Frühstück und das Personal dort
