"Close to train station and nice walk to old town. No ice machine or refrigerator. Low level alarm buzzard sound ringing every 10 minutes at night from around 10:30pm onward. Don’t know the reason for it, may be mechanical, a low level sound. Annoying to have to listen to it. Make it hard to fall asleep."

"This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. However, as in most places in Europe, when the temperatures reach above 30°C, everything falls apart. The hotel rooms have air conditioning, but the staf does not know how to operate it. We spent a sleepless night to discover from the mechanic in the morning that someone needed to know how to manipulate the remote contrôle for the unit. We enjoyed the last hour in the hotel being totally cool and the staff was very nice to offer us free breakfast. All in all, we'll remember the good things about an excellent hotel's location, free coffee, nice decor, friendly staff and the hot room😄"
