It is a beautiful historic building with a nice and friendly staff.

Overall this day was very good. The breakfast buffet which is included is amazing. The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a lot of work on renovation. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Poor internet, drafty windows, unmanned reception, expensive food, faulty room doors that slam loudly disturbing neighbors, and subpar cleaning every three days. Overall, the hotel feels tired and impersonal, losing its former charm as a vibrant gathering place for joyful moments and delectable meals. It seems stuck in the pandemic era, while the city offers almost equally unremarkable alternatives, although slightly better than the city hotel.

Mycket varmt välkomnande och snabb incheckning , bra rent å rymliga rum med kaffe möjligt att göra på rummet och frukosten var fräsch o h riklig med allt och kändes en possitiv varm atmosfär genomgående på hotellet

Vill inte klaga men flytta sänglampan och hyllan närmare sängen nu kan man inte tända eller släcka utan måste gå upp för att nå måste vara lätt att flytta 15 cm närmare.Annars var det bra som helhet.

Ganska slitna rum med tråkig inredning. Hål i väggarna, slitna möbler. Små trånga badrum utan värme, väldigt kallt på golvet & lång väntan på varmvatten i duschen. Mycket skön säng. Ok frukost i matsal som hade mycket att önska inredningsmässigt. Sladdar som hänger i taket & vaxdukar på borden.

Fint läge i Kristinehamn och skön säng men där tar det positiva slut tyvärr. Otroligt slitet, världens minsta badrum, hopfällbara bord och stolar i restaurangen och undermålig frukost. Receptionen mestadels obemannad då vi försökte få tag på någon… Att dessutom ta betalt för parkering då det var ett rejält överpris för rummet var bara för mycket!
