Just not recommended

It took us 15+ minutes to figure out where we were supposed to be for check in because of the address. It sent us to the kiosk not the actual front desk. Then we had to pay for parking, we had to park behind the main building then walk down the street about a block or two to the kiosk to stay. It was hot in our room and we could fix that even by opening the window. Beautiful park of town but hotel just not recommended.

There was no information that free parking was limited and despite it was one of the criteria for choosing the hotel there was nothing available. Also there was no information that checheck in , check out and breakfast was in a separate hotel about 100 meters away. A panel in the shiwer door was missing and lastly it was impossible to get hot water in the sink that i needed to take medicine...water in sink wouldnt even get luke warm

Frukost helt underbar, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent och snyggt. Sängarna är för mjuka då många har legat i dom. Inchekning ligger i annan hotel (statt) och det är ingen info om det när man bokar så är man hansikappad så blir det problem. Hotellet ägs av ekman hotell så det blir förvirrande när det är 3 olika hotell namn och 2 olika hemsidor.

Dåligt annex till stadshotellet

City hotel är ett annex till stadshotellet men ligger i en portuppgång ett kvarter bort. Där finns ingen personal. In- och utcheckning och frukost sker på stadshotellet och man får gå däremellan. Hissen upp till rummet är otroligt smutsig och luktar förfärligt. Även korridoren är smutsig och luktar illa. Rummet var slitet och inte särskilt väl städat. Frukosten var medioker med dåligt kaffe.

Okej för en övernattning,missade att det var i sk annexet med en liten promenad till frukosten Var väldigt varmt på rummet,i receptionen sa dom att det att jag skulle kolla efter en fläkt i skåpet,brukar finnas där sa dom.Men det fanns inget skåp och heller ingen fläkt tyvärr. Men som sagt okej för en övernattning,ingen upplevelse.

Helt okej. Incheckning via Stadshotellet som har förstklassig service och mycket pigg och vänlig personal. City funkar som annex till Stadshotellet och är sovplats, inget mer.
