The only downside was the noise from neighboring guests late at night. "Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

"We had a great stay here while in Kallithea. The staff was very helpful with recommendations, service, and conversation. the bartenders were all very attentive and it's nice that they provide snacks with your beverages. The room was very clean and everything worked great, including the air conditioning. We really enjoyed the location as it was close enough to walk, but far enough where you didn't get noise. The pool is charming and very clean, definitely worth a swim in. We would return here the...

"Our stay was enjoyable overall, but one thing was very disappointing. The hotel did not provide beach towels, and guests were told to purchase their own. Most tourists don’t travel with beach towels because they expect a beach hotel to provide them. Having to buy towels during our vacation was inconvenient and unnecessary. I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary beach towels in the future, as it would greatly improve the guest experience."

Close to beach 3-5 minutes. 15 min walk to ‘downtown’ Terrace in front of apartment would have been nice with a shade of some sort. Way too hot to use in the morning and daytime. Street in front need a good restoration. "
