"Room a little small even for one person "

"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through or talk, so it was really difficult to work there. Overall, I feel this may work for others but I would absolutely never return. I spent a lot of money on this trip and feel the value was 100% not there. "

"The vip lounge on the top floor was excellent, great choice of food and drink and the service was top notch. "

"The staff Ka Woon at checkin was helpful & friendly..but 2 incidents happened in the breakfast restaurant which actually shows that their staffs were not well trained. "

"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "

"Room is clean and spacious. Felt pleasant to see 2 Mandarin Oranges placed on the table since its close to CNY. The swimming pool looks welcoming. There are two restaurants available on site. Shuttle service is available to MRT station."
