Don't get fooled by the description and pics!

Not happy, and let me tell you why. The description is not correct. The apartments are new and looks great on pictures. But the building is so shallow it echoes through the rooms. If you breathe, your neighbors can hear it. It is not sound isolated as stated. The outer door to the apartment got a large spring on the bottom, so all the noise from (drunk) people in the stairways gets in. And people came home during different times during the weekend. So we got woken up from midnight until 4 at night. The beds. They are stiff!! If you move, it squeaks loudly.. And again it echoes to the other rooms. They are not comfortable. Got back pain in the mornings! We were 6 guests, and the hosts knew it. We got one hand towel in the bathroom, that never got changed. Not hygienic! Speaking of hygienic: The free toiletries mentioned in the ad..There are none. I wrote to reception and they said "it's because people have different preferences and allergies." Well, that's true.. But don't write it in your ad then. Also, all others offers them. If someone has a preference, they'll bring it with them. I can't go out in the middle of the night to buy a shampoo to take a shower after a long flight. We ran out of toilet paper, because we were 6 people and not sufficient paper was there. They wanted to charge us for more toilet paper! We had 3, but they ran out fast because they were small. The lift was broken. Don't work. AC was loud and sounded like a washing machine. Again, echos...

El apartamento está muy básico y le falta mantenimiento, el baño no tiene donde colocar shampoo, y esas cosas, la cocina tiene sartén pero no pala para cocinar, las conexiones de luz están en mal estado, me quedé sin luz por más de una hora por conectarme en un apagador que no servía…y lo peor de todo es el personal, reporté el tema de la luz y me hicieron hacer todas las pruebas sin enviar a un técnico para re-conectar la electricidad, al día siguiente enviaron a alguien que ni siquiera tocó la puerta y entró mientras yo dormía…en general todo mal con mi experiencia.

Kyseessä ei ole hotelli vaan vuokrattava asunto. Ei ole vastaanottoa ja aamupala tarjoillaan 1 km päässä olevassa kahvilassa. Kadulla oli iso tieremontti, joten taksit eivät päässeet hotellin lähelle. This is not a hotel. This is apartment without reception. If you order breakfast you need to walk about 1 km. Room was clean, but there is no daily cleaning if you stay like 5 nights.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Neubau und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie ein sehr guter Bäcker. Das Schloss Wawel ist in 10 min fußläufig erreichbar, zur Altstadt dauert es etwa 15 min. Das Apartment wurde uns in einem sauberen und allgemein gepflegten Zustand übergeben. Anzumerken haben wir nur die Betten, die recht hart und vor allem laut sind. Es reicht sich im Schlaf zu drehen und man selbst oder sein Partner wird von dem Knarzen wach.

Good location, flexible late check inn

Nice big balcony with river view. Nice with door code enabling us to arrive after midnight without extra costs. We were allowed to leave suitecases until 4 pm without trouble or costs when checking out. We missed instructions re. the building, like where to take garbage. And also a curtain was missing in living room. We would have liked a curtain as one of us slept on the couch.

Skøn lejlighed, god service, men mange spørgsmål

Det var en rigtig dejlig lejlighed, men på trods af at vi havde en lejlighed på den anden side af bygningen væk fra vejen, så var lyden af sporvognen tydelig og mærkbar da vi mærkede rystelserne når den kørte forbi. Vi havde mange spørgsmål i forhold til både at tjekke ind og ud, genopfyldning af toiletpapir og hvor vi skulle gøre af vores affald - på trods af at vi aktivt skulle spørge efter disse oplysninger som de egentlig kunne lægge en brochure eller andet der kunne give os de svar, så mødte vi udelukkende positivt og meget hjælpsomt personale i tlf. Og det er et stort plus.

Great stay!

The stay was great. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. The only things we wished the apartments had were shampoo and conditioner in the shower and a coffee pot for the morning.

Apartment in Krakow

2 bedroom apartment in Krakow, fairly central but we also hired a car. Our apartment was on the top floor (4th) and it had a balcony, not recommended if you have young children, guard rail was not fully finished. There is no reception but you have a number to ring and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall good place to stay 😃

Beautiful flat 2 minutes from the river

We must have been one of the first people to stay in these flats as they were still working on other flats nearby my only criticism was there was no toaster but we bought one for 35zlotys £7 no buggy the flat was 2 minutes walk from the river where a boat ride is only 40zlotys £8.50, the main town square is a 10 minute walk where you can have a horse and carriage ride for between 250zlotys £50 to 450zlotys £90 depending on time you wish to go for, that’s for as many people in your party there were 4 of us £22.50 each for 40 min. There’s a castle 5 min walk away plenty of bars and restaurants, something for everyone, a supermarket at the corner. very hard to park round about we got clamped (50zloty fine)as one of girls in the office gave us the wrong place to park we were then given a token for garage 5 minutes walk away which was great make sure you ask about this if your driving.
