Hostel management is absolutely horrible. When I didn’t think leaving a backpack in the lobby area before checking in later in the day should be a billable service, they told me there are other places to stay in Krakow. I booked a private room so I wouldn’t disturb anyone when I had to exit early the next day. Private room was very small, sheets didn’t fit the bed and the comforter was stained. No AC or fan. Window was a 2 foot by 2 foot square. After reading reviews after checking in, I can see why they have so many 1 star reviews on Google.

For this trip, all I wanted was a bed to sleep in during the nights. The price for a bunk bed in a shared room was very low (good), and with that in mind I got exactly what I needed. The kitchen could use some upgrade, but the essential gear was there. For the room, with my bed next to the window (without any blinds), it got light very early. The online check-in was easy, and the check-out similarly convenient. Would easily consider to come back.

It fulfils it's purpose as a hostel. It is located very centraly. Beds are ok to sleep on. The linen is a bit small and unfitting for the mattress and they had some minor dust fluff on them. The wifi speed is very good.

The property was spacious and the linens were clean. However, the apartment was freezing. When I asked about the heat, I was told that the heat is turned off mid- April. It was about 2°C in the evening, so we were cold all night. Also, there was a washing machine, but no dryer.

The check-in was confusing, and the guy at the front desk just told me "your room is X and the key is on the bed, to check out, bring your bed linen and leave the key at the front desk" and that was all the communications I had w/ the front desk during my whole stay (6 days), actually I barely crossed paths with them. So I guess if you plan get some support or advice for/around the city, you can't expect it from the front desk Despite that, the stay was nice, clean, no weird smells and quiet, so good place for a rest, specially if you just need the hostel as a place to sleep. Must say is not very well illuminated, the aura is kind of dark but enough to not reach the creepy-unsecure line. The bed was comfy enough and the linen was clean, you keep the key with you as it was the one of your own place and the front door works with a pincode that changes at least once a week and they send you an email with the new code.

It was a nice stay sheets were clean and towels were normal.but some dishes were dirty and there was a broken coffee cup. I would liked a broom to sweep up. The tv is a smart TV but the remote worked half the time I think it needs batteries.

I upgraded to a private room when I got there so I didn’t really get to experience the shared room. It was a great location. I love that. I had a private outdoor courtyard to get to my room and a private Terrace. The room itself was small but doable nice little bathroom, hot water in the shower. The only thing is that when it rains the ceiling leaked and I had to put the garbage pail to get the water but no big deal. They do deliver breakfast to your room which is nice and the people that worked there are very helpful. Overall good experience for budget travelers.

Despite the check-in instructions, I still found the process a bit confusing when there was no one available to assist upon arrival. Because of that, I did not feel the hostel was very safe, as the female dorm I stayed in did not even have a lock on the door, meaning anyone could enter, just like the main entrance of the hostel. Additionally, I wanted to ask about the laundry facilities and approached a staff member who was in the laundry area, but she responded in a very rude way, making a dismissive hand gesture telling me to leave, with a bad expression, as if I were bothering her. In the end, I gave up on doing my laundry. If you are only staying for a few days, it might be okay if you don’t mind these issues. However, if you are looking for a hostel with a friendly and welcoming vibe, this is not the place for you.

I stayed in a single room. The room was so cold, I had to sleep fully dressed under the blanket. There's no one at the reception from 2 pm to 10 am next day, so I couldn't ask anyone to turn on the heating. I couldn't find a thermostat in the room, so I couldn't deal with it myself. There's no check-in earlier than 11 am (and I paid extra 30 zl for that. I had to pay extra to store luggage from 9 to 11 am. The restroom is clean, but cold as well. Now I'm coughing all the time. . .

Do not stay at this hostel. Ended up checking out after one night and finding an alternative. Felt unsafe - group of random men (not staying at hostel) dinking and so loud shouting 1am. The girls dorm were so uncomfortable and scared we barricaded the door (There are no locks on the dorm rooms!) I was also harassed by a guy (not sure if he was a guest?) in the reception area, tried to take my phone out of my hand asking to get my whatsapp number. The staff member (or better described as guy who sits watching TV all day/night) sat right next to me and said nothing to help me. This place is not safe for solo females or females in general.
