Bardzo przyjemne miejsce położone obok parku, przyjacielska obsługa i smaczne śniadanie. Polecam to miejsce, bo jest w samym centrum a do tego w okolicy jest sporo miejsca do odpoczynku w zieleni. Jedna wada: nie było kawy z ekspresu.

Do not book this hotel!

Photos online are beyond misleading. Mosquitos in the room, broken tv, towels are smelly and scratchy. I would only rate it 2 stars. The only good thing about he hotel was the nice lady that made me fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning. Would not stay there again nor recommend to anyone planning to visit the area. Very disappointed with the hotel. The worst hotel during my visit to Poland.

Basic but can't complain

We booked Garden Park hotel because it was so cheap and the train connection to Krakow centre was ideal (train station across the road from hotel) It was clean and comfortable although the room was quite hot and they couldn't turn the heating down. TV was small but that didn't matter. We had to ask to have housekeeping clean our room which they did and left it lovely and clean. The receptionist helped us book our bus to Auschwitz and provided us with plates for food we had bought in the supermarket across the road. We had breakfast the first morning which was 20 zlotys each. It was ok, basic with nothing cooked. Just bread and preserves, cold meats, salad and cereal. Overall fine for a weekend as long as you just need a base to wash and sleep.

Très contente du service, hôtel à recommander.

Un petit séjour éclair en vue de la visite des mines de sel a pu se vivre pleinement grâce à une nuit bien reposante et l'accueil plein de chaleur, reçus dans ce petit hôtel sympathique de Wieliczka! L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres dont les lits, confortables, le service impeccable, le personnel à l'écoute. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel bien situé à deux pas de la gare Wieliczka Park, d'où on peut prendre le train pour Cracovie.

Above and Beyond Service

We emailed the hotel staff before hand to enquire about checking times and they were very prompt and pleasant. They also looked up and booked our Auchwitz tripped for us and allowed us to pay upon arrival before we got to Poland. The staff truly went above and beyond before we even arrived. The breakfast was pleasant and there was plenty to chose from, it was a buffet and it was kept topped up. The room was quite basic and didn't seem to reflect the images I saw online but the shower was great and the beds were comfy. Perfect location for the salt mine and the train station it was so easy to travel into Krakow. We parked for free and the grounds were lovely. Overall I would recommend to friends and family and I would also return myself.

Очень хорошо:)

Маленькая, уютная гостиница, простенькая, но все есть.... в номерах чайник, кофе,чай... имеются туалетные принадлежности.... 12км от центра Кракова, поэтому удобна для тех, кто с машиной, парковка бесплатная. В километре от гостиницы находятся Соляные шахты, красивый парк Св. Кинги. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный, уборка каждый день. Завтраки хорошие.... Вообщем все понравилось.... Рекомендуем!!!!!!

Lähellä Suolakaivosta.

Hotellilta kävellen Suolakaivokselle. Juna asema vieressä. Junalla Kravokan keskustaan helposti 20min. Maksoi kahdelta 7zl ei kallista. Hotelli rauhallinen ja omalle autolle hyvää parkkitilaa sisäpihalla. Aamiainen ei huippu, mutta hyvin sai mahan täyteen.

Nice hotel close to the railway station.

My experience staying there as a lone traveller was very good. Everyone was so helpful. Never visited Krakow before I had a wonderful stay there. No problems at all. The hotel booked my transfers from John Paul II Airport to the hotel and back. Also my trip to Auschwitz was booked by the hotel, however I requested to be picked up from the hotel and taken on the tour to Auschwitz, I could not be picked up from the hotel, they booked an alternative for me to be picked up from another hotel which was in the city and it was easy to find. I thoroughly enjoyed the subsequent tour. This hotel is not far from the Salt Mines either.
