Disappointment and dishonesty.

Fot two adults I rented this place with "3 beds" for convince and to have more space. We were given a studio with one bed a couch and pullout chair. I contacted a person who was handling our stay to advise that we do require two separate beds for sleeping. Bedsheets, pillow, blanket. This is was I have received in reply "Good day . booking is for 2 people. one double bed is prepared as standard" Me: Its not a standard practice to assume how many beds. I made a booking of room with 3 beds two of them were expected to be available for use. I would make sure make a complain about your dishonesty. Reply: You have reservations for 2 people. There are 3 people in the apartment? Me: Yes two people two beds. Do not assume i have to sleep with my travel companion! I expect second bed to be ready by 11pm. Reply: NOTHING At this stage there would be no point of complaining about cleanliness towels or filthy bathroom mat that was an additional shock. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere Krakow has plenty of apartments for rent.

Basic clean comfy apartment perfect t for seeing Central krakow. Very quiet, manager very polite and provides airport transfers

Pieni ja ei vastannut ollenkaan hotellin kuvia. Pyysimme erilliset sängyt, sen sijaan saimme yhden parisängyn sekä yhden lakanan. Pyynnöstä saimme lisää lakanoita ja lisävuode oli odottamassa. Asunnossa oli myös ohuet seinät mutta katu oli onneksi hiljainen ja naapurit hiljaisia. Televisiossa paloi koko ajan sininen valo ja emme saaneet sitä pois mikä häiritsi nukkumista. Plussaa oli asunnon siisteys sekä lisäpatteri koska asunto oli kylmä. Jääkaappi oli myöskin sopivan kokoinen.

Best location for access to old city & bus/train

Great apartment, super quiet, nearby everything we needed to explore Krakow and the surroundings. Right next to the Krakow Glovni bus and train station (incredibly convenient) and five minutes walk to the old city. Ideal location for independent travelers planning to explore outside of the city. The tram to the Jewish Ghetto passes at the corner, and a grocery is open late on the block.
