Sheets torn and stained or dirty - couldn’t tell but requested them to change them - was told that housekeeping was gone for night. Didn’t offer to change our room but they did get a man to come and change sheets. Back of hotel was unpleasant to look at. Wouldn’t stay again

Modern building just north of the busy tourist area in Krabi. Helpful staff at reception, easy to find close to hospital. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, night markets, etc. Mangrove river walk very close. Comfortable room, good shower, good wifi. Nice swimming pool and garden area at rear of property, staff here particularily kind and helpful. Watch out for cheeky monkeys in the evening.

The hotel was fine and the staff were excellent. It was a short walk to the night market with great food options and convenient and easy to rent a scooter at the hotel. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was ok but really missed good coffee. They only offer instant coffee. The water only trickled out of the bathroom tap. No hot water in the shower and the room was mostly clean but some areas on the wall by the bed table were dirty and was unappealing. Overall it was fine for the price.

A neat and tidy hotel. We arrived and being after 8pm had trouble finding a meal nearby. We were directed to turn left from the hotel. It is about 500-600m to the centre of town with mount markets etc had we turned right. Once we discovered this, the location was decent. The “balcony” of the room was tiny - filled with a small table, chair and ash tray. The rooms are noisy, between traffic and being able to hear all noise from next door. There was a gap of about 15cm at the bottom of the curtains that let the light strike you right in the eye from the bed. The pool was pleasant. But it was an hour before we got our cocktails as they ran out of ice. Reception staff were indifferent at best with each encounter.

close to krabi hospital where my friend was having some issues taken care of. Hotel was very accomodating even though they were busy. rooms were good but not amazing. Breakfast was meh... Best part was the pool and the couple who ran the bar at the pool...friendly, nice people The night manager was also very helpful. Would stay there as my first choice if ever anyone was in the Krabi hospital.

This is a nice hotel in Krabi town. I stayed a night and for that purpose it was fine. The staff were helpful and ensured I could book a van for my onward trip to an island. The hotel is next to a busy highway and you may wish to ask for a room overlooking the pool instead since it is quieter. The airconditioner was old and wheezed noisily through the night.

Stayed for only one night, tried to extend but the property was full. Everything was okay. Was a short walk to the center of Krabi Town, was convenient for what we needed. Did not use the property amenities. Air conditioning worked very well.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very nice. The pool area is also super for winding down the evenings. It’s right by the river which is great for walks.

THE HOTEL WAS LOCATED JUST BY ROADSIDE ALLOWING EASY ACCESS TO GO PLACES. THEY EVEN HAVE POOL AND MASSAGE FACILITIES INSIDE WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR US DURING OUR LAST NIGHT. ALL THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, EVEN WITH LANGUAGE BARRIER THEY MANAGED TO DELIVER WHAT WE WANTED WITHOUT COMPLAINING.

We had two, one night stays, the first visit the door keys weren't working, and the second visit the bar/restaurant was closed. The hotel is a little run dow, not the best but ok for one night.

Nice hotel but didn’t see any front end staff smile once. Pool is beautiful and clean. You have to pre order and pay for breakfast a day ahead which we did but when we tried to go for breakfast we were sternly told about this policy like we did something wrong. We met the requirements for the breakfast and were served cold eggs. There are many good restaurants in Krabi with amazing breakfasts. Overall good hotel and it’s a very short walk to everything you need. Spa is closed here due to their covid concerns and lack of customers. In town you can get everything.

Overall, a decent hotel for the money. Note that they did have Thai beds, so a little firm. Also, you can get a much better price going straight there... Hotels.com has a pretty thick profit margin on this one...

Very nice! The property looks like it has been remodeled recently. The room was very comfortable. The pool was very nice with a bar and food service. The only down side was the river view room had a lot of street noise because the hotel is on a major road. Other than the street noise the room and hotel is very nice.

It is brand new! All clean and shining. The staff is friendly and helpful. Zero complains of any kind. Very pleased with the whole experience. It is located at walking distance from Krabi Town. And every ~20 mins there is a "bus" to Ao Nang for 50 baht.

Great Value Hotel
Decided to stay on way from Phi Phi to Bangkok and booked because one of the few with a pool. Everything was in great condition and immaculately clean Staff very helpful and the pool with jacuzzi was much better than expected. Couldn’t praise this hotel enough and great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok for a short stay
Only stayed two nights as a stop off in Krabi on our way to Koh Lanta. The hotel is just Ok - set in front of a main road so make sure you get a room at the back. Nice clean rooms which is the main thing and a good shower. However, we did book because of the pool, but told after we had checked in that the pool is out of order for a month... they should be telling people that at the time of booking as we would have booked somewhere closer to the centre.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice pool area, would advice Hotel to provide curtesy transport into town if only at certain times, it only takes 10 minutes walking but when it’s hot & you have a child & bags to carry it makes you think twice about booking the hotel again, taxi available from hotel to town for 150 baht but 300 baht twice a day if you go out for meal in evening is a cost to be taken into consideration when booking.

I stayed at the River Front hotel one night, and really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay including; arranged early check-in and also allowed us to have early breakfast before heading out to the airport. The facility is updated and clean.Air conditioner worked well too.

Good value and enjoyable stay with bonus of a pool
We love Krabi and chose this new hotel mainly for the pool access which we used during the day. It’s set in gardens with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The jazcuzzi was great and refreshing, The room was comfortable and clean with great shower. The rooms overlooking the pool are more quiet than the river view ones.Staff were helpful and courteous. The charge for taxis to airport/piers were more expensive than outside so we arranged our own transport. WiFi was good. Breakfast was a buffet, selection of fruit, cereals and Thai food. limited choice but adequate. The “bar/restaurant” seemed to close at 9.30pm so couldn’t buy drinks after that and limited selection, mainly just fruit juices and beers. But this isn’t a problem because most people would be eating/drinking outside. Overall great value for money and a bonus to have access to the pool on hot days in Krabi. Would recommend staying here.

It was a nice hotel. Clean. Nice layout. Staff was very professional. Getting taxi’s was pricey. They could have mentioned our destination was walking distance. Taxi to our next hotel was over priced. Other hotel’s have given us all the options. We felt taken advantage of.

Good location minutes from bars and restaurants
Stayed here for three days before heading off ro Koh Lanta. The outside of the hotel is quite deceiving but once you are in, it is quite modern, clean and good sized rooms. The other reviews on the pool size are correct but it is quite sufficient for the purpose. We found it was quite adequate. We opted for a room with a pool side view as the main road gets quite busy. We couldn’t hear any traffic so the window glazing maybe sufficient for river views. The hotel was thoroughly clean throughout and our room was spotless. Good supply of toiletries in the bathroom and nice sitting area in room where you can look out at the view. The hotel does need to clean up the mess to the back of the pool building as it is not easy on the eye. Breakfast is a mixture of Thai and European. The European consists of fried egg and chicken sausage with continental. I preferred the Thai, more tastier and changed daily. If you are not a fan of instant coffee, there is an option to buy decent coffee for 60bhatt. I would also recommend their lassi’s during the day when you arrive back at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again as Krabi does offer more to it than a transit stop
