Very happy with stay!
We've never been to Krabi so initially, we only booked for 1 night. We ended up really liking the location and booked for the rest of our stay here because it's right next to "Aonang Night Market" which opens every night at 5pm. It's a small market but perfect because it's great to have cheap eats, smoothies, and drinks without having to go anywhere far. The main beach street with restaurants and shop options is about a 15-min walk. We rented a scooter across the street from the hotel for only 150baht/day on some days which is another option to get around yourself. The front desk service is amazing. They made us feel welcome, always smiling. The only thing is there are no microwaves.

The hotel rooms were very nice, staff very good however pif you take pool access - its a DISASTER. The pool was so very dirty thst i had to raise a separate case with expedia and get some goodwill benefits.

Quiet location. Short walk to beaches and taxi-boats. Short walk to main tourist street My room was huge. I was impressed for the value I received with the super promotion price that Hotels.com got me.

3rd (and last ever) stay
Wow! This hotel has gone from near fabulous to filthy in a few short years. The best thing about Nagapura is seeing it disappear as you drive away telling yourself never again. Reception staff are the worst of any hotel we have ever been to. Truely disengaged and unhappy to be working there, rude and argumentative. We had 4 rooms and there were significant issues with every one of them ranging from shower heads not working, A/C and lighting faults to blood stained sheets. Breakfast selection poor and items often not replaced during our 4 night stay. The New Years Eve Gala dinner was a complete circus. Food was the worst of any meal in Thailand, drinks took 1/2 an hour to arrive and the entertainment poorly slapped together. Skip this place and stay next door if you wish to enjoy your Ao-Nang hotel. The only positive was the pool but forget the pool bar as many of the cocktail menu items were unavailable.

Very disappointing to say the least. Firstly the "resort" was virtually empty for our entire stay of 10 days. This is probably why! Walkway from room to restaurant daily had 2-3 dog faeces to step over along with other trip hazards. Majority of breakfast staff totally disinterested and unhelpful possibly because they were bored. Managers have a glass office as part of restaurant where they keep and feed their 4 dogs which are allowed to walk through the restaurant and rest of premises unattended and regularly fighting. Swim up bar.. Did strike 2 helpful staff, but on every occasion we were the only ones there and the staff member on duty would rather sit in front of a fan and play with her mobile phone than serve us. Reception staff were good but our bill was incorrect twice. Our room was huge but TV was way too small for room size. Gardens run down and in desperate need of weeding and grass had not been cut for months. Would not recommend to anyone!

Decent hotel, not as nice as some of the newer ones around. Staff was friendly and helpful and got me a discount on a kayak tour. I would stay again if other newer hotels around were full again. Breakfast was ok. 10min walk to beach.

Hotel was located near streetfood ve vendors and opposite convenient store. Great location. Main pool was huge. I chose a pool access room. It was very spacious.But pool linking to the room looked dirty. The water was still. The water jets in the pool didnt work.We didnt eat breakfast. We checked it out once. It looked unsavoury and dingy so we decided to give it a miss.Bed was very hard.The two ladies at front desk were unhelpful and lazy. Asked for 1hour late checkout She didn't check just gave a straight no. Next morning I called and a man was at front desk. He took the trouble to at least check and said ok. I also asked for an adapter to be sent to my room. The lady said she can't send it. We have to collect it at front desk and they needed a deposit of 200 baht. The kettle that was in the room was rusty inside at thw base and the spout. We brought it to front desk and asked for another kettle. The stafc insisted the rust was fine and that they just needed to wash it. After washing it, the rust still remained and we pointed that out. They gave us another kettle. Which was also rusty although less. Towels were thin, frayed and stained.If we were to return, it would only be because of the spaocious room, great location and lovely main pool.

Beautiful rooms!
My husband and I recently staued at Nagapura resort. We stayed in a pool access room which was huge. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool access made it all that more amazing. The hotel staff were helpfull abd very friendly. The breakfast was good with some variety. The location was ok. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and main strip but my husband and I are walkers so it was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.

Huge rooms.
Huge rooms which was welcome after two weeks of travelling. The pool is huge, the only drawbacks were lousy 'music' from the pool bar and the usual claiming of lounge chairs by the guests. The prime rooms would be on the main floor where you could slip into the pool from your room. We had a room on the second floor with a nice balcony over looking the pool. The only reason for rating the hotel a 4 and not 5 was that we had expected a hotel on the beach and this was a couple of streets back which was disappointing. But the hotel was luxurious, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We didn't do any of the spa packages because massages were much cheaper in the town. There seemed to be a number of families staying here perhaps because of the lovely pool.

Old Hotel with the dirtiest Hotel pool
Dont be fooled by the name or their pictures. Booked a swimup room, but the pool was super dirty. The entire resort had its prime long ago, and they dont care at all which is a shame since it has alot of potential

Var der kun en natt så fikk ikke sjekka ut renholdet eller frokosten, da vi reiste veldig tidlig. Men generelt sett et fint hotell, veldig fint stort basseng med bar i bassenget. Fine store rom og hyggelig personale. Rett ved KoDam som er den beste thai restauranten i Ao Nang. Litt unna Ao Nang stranda, som trekker litt ned, men koster kun 100 Bhat med tuktuk ned til byen så ikke noe stort problem. Hvis vi skal ha en natt eller to i Ao Nang igjen så booker vi oss nok inn på dette hotellet.

Vi har bodd på RAMADA i 3 dager.Vi har flere ganger sett på hotellet som et barnevennlig sted, der vi kunne tenkt oss å ta med hele familien. Og nå bestemte vi oss altså for å teste lokalitetene. Det er et hotell som ligger fint til, tilbaketrukket fra hovedveien sin støy og larm. Stort basseng med åpen poolbar. Veldig vennlig betjening. Store rom. Men, for det er dessverre et stort men. Vi sjekket inn på rom i andre etg med utsikt mot poolen. Vi hadde ikke vært der lenge før vi merket mugglukt. Det var gjennomslag av mugg fra badeveggen. Sorte skjolder langs betongveggen. Resepsjonisten ble hentet inn, og vi fikk straks byttet rom, da vedkommende kjente lukten selv. Selv det nye rommet er ikke bra, men bedre. Her er det flere hull gipstaket etter vann fra airconditionen. Også her fuktskjolder på veggen mot badet. Sengene var store, men veldig hårde, om ei uvanlig . Så gjelder det renhold. Trapper og trappevegger kan ikke være seriøst vasket på år! Det ligger et inngrodd lag med skitt over alle overflater. I matsalen var det tydelig at inventaret kanskje kunne trenge en omgang, sokkelen på skapene hadde tydeligvis ikke tålt vannsøl. Frokosten var imidlertid fin. Veldig bra omelett. Dessverre ingen bacon. Uansett er 4 stjerner langt å overdrive. Vi forlanger mer av et hotell i den klassen. Kanskje en svak 3. Vår vurdering på skalaen poeng blir 4, på grunn av hyggelig betjening og god frokost, ikke på grunn av lokalitetene forøvrig. Her bør Wyndham gruppen gjøre en innsats.

Naga Collection Room에 머물렀었습니다. 화장실에 벌레가 많아서 물건들을 올려놓을 수가 없었네요... 결국 Deluxe Room으로 업그레이드 했습니다. 조식이 종류가 좀 다양했으면 합니다.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneemme oli taas suuri Pettymys,hirveä hämähäkin seitti kera hämähäkin,lakana likaiset ja rikkinäiset,verta lakanoissa,lattia nousi joistain kohdista,sohvat yms. Likaiset,moskiittoja huoneessa,hometta suihkussa. Meidät oli sijoitettu johonki remontissa olevaan osaan,joten olo oli öisin turvaton,kadulta kuului hirveää meteliä. Terassin ovet eivät menneet kunnolla kiinni,joten moskiittoja tuli lisää. Ilmastointi oli hirveä! Allasalue hyvä,kuntosali loistava,hotellissa ei ole saunaa/spata.

Hotellin pitäisi päivittää tiedot tälle sivustolle. Paljon asioita, mitkä ovat muuttuneet. Aulabaaria ei ole. Kylpyläpalveluja ei ole. Höyryhuonetta ei ole. Sauna oli viimeeksi 3vuotta sitten. Pelihallia ei ole. Untuvapeitteitä ei ole. Petivaatteet reikäisiä. Vuodesohvaa ei ole, vaan pieni sohva missä minäkin 158cm, istuin polvet suussa. Syvää kylpyammetta, saatikka matalampaa ei ollut, pelkkä suihku. Design kosmetiikkatuotteet olivat suihkumyssy ja vanupuikot. Ilmainen kuljetus tarkoitti hotellin pihalla siirtymistä paikasta toiseen, ei suinkaan 2km. Kosteusongelmia varmaankin hotellissa, ainakin hajun perusteella. Hotelli ei vastannut lainkaan odotuksia. Kuntosalista oli vanhat kuvat. Uusi sali oli aivan loistava. Pisteet myös isolle uima-altaalle. En silti menisi uudestaan. Hinta/laatusuhde on kaukana todellisuudesta.

We didnt get what we booked for
When we came to the hotel, our room were "broken" and we didnt get a new room. They fixed a room at their other hotel instead. The other one was near by, good hoods to sty in but I dont know about Nagapura cause we didnt see much. Too bad we couldnt enjoy the stay as much as we wanted to. But Aonang is great!

安いだけでした。
 9月10日から5日間プ-ルヴィラに滞在しました。最初に案内されたヴィラ3は温水が故障で出ないとのことでヴィラ5に移動しました。そこはもっと最悪でプ-ルは汚い、セイフティ-ボックスは無い、アメニティは初日だけ・・・・。あまりにヒドいのでスタッフに言ったらプ-ルの掃除をしてろ過装置を動かしてくれたが次の日には止まってました。スタッフはフレンドリーですが二度と滞在しないでしょう。

Var meget imponeret over dette hotel, værelserne var store og meget flotte, samt stor altan. Poolen ganske fin kunne dog godt være forskellige dybder til en smølf som mig på 165. Wifi er det bedste jeg har oplevet i Thailand. Generalt et rigtig godt lækkert hotel dog kunne udendørs arealerne godt bruge en opfriskning det har potentiale til at bliver så lækkert, morgen maden var under standart. Lå i god gå afstand fra alt ting :-) vil anbefale det klart.

Super til pengene!
Rigtig lækkert hotel med sød betjening og over alt forventning af 3,5 stjerner. Vi boede på værelse med direkte pooludgang med vores søn på knap 2 år, hvilket i høj grad kan anbefales. Gode store værelser, der er pæne og rene. Behagelig musik ved poolen (med undtagelse af noget techno-fis mellem 12 og 14), men skruede ned da vi opfordrede til dette. Alt i alt et lækkert hotel, vi helt sikker vil bo på igen!

Gillar man djur är det här perfekt! Myror på rummet, råtta springandes utanför frukosten, myror på frukostmaten (vid sylten), fåglar flygandes inne på frukostmatsalen. Poolen och gymet är helt OK. Det som ändå förstörde vistelsen mest var att det visade sig att vid betalningen hade debiterat mig i svensk valuta med en genomrutten kurs. Rumsnotan blev således nästan 7% dyrare. Vi bodde dessutom fem nätter och hade två rum. Jag försökte flera gånger få de att rätta till, men de var totalt oföstående. Detta har aldrig hänt mig tidigare. Tror inte att det är OK att göra så, varken för MasterCard eller "Hotels". Kommer att reklamera detta. Hoppas att Hotels tar bort detta hotel från sitt utbud!!!!
