The location is great. Everything else was really bad. My room, especially the bathroom, was extremely dirty. Stains all over the shower, the tiles had dried scum on them, the shower was all rusted, mold on the walls and ceiling.. just terrible! Paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings in the sleeping area, the sheets and blankets had holes in them, the floor and tables were dirty and stained. And I booked the "deluxe" room !! WAY overpriced for such a terrible room.

Bottom Line: I won't stay at this hotel again and won't recommend it to others. Pros: Great location next to the river and a park. Easy walking distance to night market, several local eateries, and attractions. Low price. Cons: Staff did not impress us and gave conflicting information at times. The bathroom had a lot of black mold everywhere. No soap or shampoo were provided. Difficult to take a shower. Below average bed. TV didn't work.

Mislead By Pictures
The pictures attached to the room description is misleading. I was mislead into booking a deluxe room that did not have a balcony. The toilet was very small and you had to squeeze past the toilet bowl to the shower. Under amenities, hair dryer was stated but they do not have any. Not even to be shared by rooms. The cleanliness of the toilet can be improved. The room was fine. The location to food and shops was good.

I checked in late and was given a room on the third floor, there was no elevator and no help in carrying my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Once I arrived to the room I found the room to be very tight, the bathroom and shower was filled with mold and the windows did not lock (the windows rested on a roof top that anyone could access easily) this made me very uneasy. The next morning I asked if i could change my room or be given a refund and cancel the rest of my stay, I was given a no to both. Lastly, I asked the front desk for help in booking excursions and/ or finding things to do and she told me you’ll have better luck asking in the nearby town. Overall the staff was unhelpful and I did not feel welcomed or safe in this hotel.

Great budget hotel--short walk to the night market
Great budget hotel a short walk to the night market and Koh Lanta ferry. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. When the van to take us to the ferry was late, one of the workers at the hotel drove us and refused to take any money. I thought the hotel was fine, but if you have never been to Thailand before and don't understand that extreme weather might cause a few minor issues with maintenance, you might be happier paying much more somewhere else. : )

In Need of some TLC
We booked an economy room, so maybe we shouldn’t have expected much. But the bathroom was pretty tiny and pretty gross. The shower head was so low we had to bend over to wash our hair and there was mold growing in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed, although they looked clean, looked very old and ripping in some places and obviously just needed replacing. The entire room could’ve used some modernizations or a big clean. But the area was near a nice night market and it was pretty quiet until the cleaners and maintenance people began work in the morning.

River view is nice place to stay a short while
Nothing To do in Krabi. You better stay at AO NANG, much more attractive (beach/souvenir shops/bars & restos on the blvd. Street)From there in 1/2 day you can reach and visit The White Temple & the big Cave in Krabi together with enjoying dinner at very cheap prices prepared bu the local peuple in front or thé Krabi River

Quiet, soothing area to stay in
Very nice place, located in a quieter area facing the river with excellent green views. Close to nightmarket and the reggae bar 5min away was awesome! Only thing missing is the bidet in the toilet. Was also upgraded by the friendly receptionist from standard to deluxe. Otherwise would definitely come back.

The room we had on the bottom floor facing the car park was quite dull and dingey, one window, looked out on to a wall, so no view at all, tight for room to walk around, would not have been any good for more than a one night stay, which luckily were had as we were travelling back to Bangkok, saying that the price was very reasonable, there were probably better rooms with a much nicer views but you would need to make sure you were getting one

Overall stay was bad. The actual room is nothing like what was advertised on the website. The sheets very threadbare and stained. Insects ( centipede) crawling everywhere. Bathroom very outdated and fixtures very old.

OK. Reasonable Location.
This Hotel was OK. Nothing flash but reasonable location. Handy to Market, Restaurants etc. Right beside the Krabi River. Easy to get a cheap longtail boat trip up the River. Get the right boat and the guy will take you to a nice Seafood Restaurant on the river where the Food is excellent and very inexpensive. (Fish Farm & Restaurant).

Nice view hotel!
This hotel was good but the room is tiny the bed was good the restroom was not too good needed a little maintenance, The view from the patios is great but is not on the rooms is in the comon area of the hotel The staff don't speak to much English so I didnt really talked to them, To get to town you have to get a tuk tuk or rent a bike but you cannot walk anywhere only a little market like 3 blocks from hotel! Overall great for the price!

We were in for a rude shock when we arrived! The so called "Superior Room" was devastating. We request for another room, and was told to top up 200 Baht per night. The next upgrade was no better! The air con did not work, and the toilets was a disaster! The room smell of crocroaches! The receptionist then spoke to her manager, and we were then upgraded to a family suite! Sounds cool.. a family suite? But, its acutally just a nicer room on ground floor. Oh, i forgot to mention there is no lift. So all the other rooms on upper floors, you've got to climb the stairs! Well, we've booked for 7 nights, and just paid 1400 Baht. So we might as well make the most of this stay. They did not even have a knife, spoon or fork! And the toilet paper was not replenished promptly. I had to go to the reception to get them at 6:30am, only to be told that the housekeeping lady comes at 7am! So I even had to use my own toilet paper. And on the first day, they forgot to make the beds, and empty the dustbins. I had to write out a checklist of the items for them to do. The only positive side of this hotel is the location. It has a nice river view, but you have to be on the Ground Floor Family Suite to enjoy the view. And there's only one such room.

Das komplette Gebäude ist außen wie innen renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Im Waschbecken lagen Haare und generell ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die gesamte Ausstattung war abgeranzt und die Betten steinhart. Bis zum Frühstück sind wir gar nicht mehr gekommen, da wir nach einer Stunde wieder ausgecheckt haben.

Muito gentis.
O hotel é bem limpo e organizado. Nos fomos passar somente a noite e não ir para o aeroporto antes do horário do café da manhã. O staff muito gentilmente fez uma compra na 7/eleven para que levássemos e fossemos tomando nosso café. Recomendo.

velmi prijemne
hotel je v dobre likalite, 5 minut k nocnimu trhu, do centra 10 minut, kousek k pristavnimu molu, ochotny personal, snidane dostacujici. Denni uklid pokoju vcetne vymeny rucniku. Asi hotel zvolim i na posledni noc pred odletem.

Nahe an der Vollkatastrophe
Ich hatte das Hotel im Glauben gebucht, aufgrund der etwas exponierten Lage waere es dort ruhig. Falsch! Der Laerm ist geradezu utopisch hoch. Dazu kommt, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und man sein Gepaeck zu Fuss in den 4.oder 5.Stock schleppen muss, und ein maximal sporadisch laufendes WLAN. Als ich bereits am ersten Tag den defekten Router auf Etage 4 monierte, wollte man das Internet neu starten (wie gesagt- defekter Router), nach 2 Tagen hiess es dann, ich waere zu dumm, das Passwort einzugeben. Komisch, dass ich mit dem falschen Passwort immer mal ein, zwei Minuten Zugang hatte. Das WC ist uebrigens so verbaut, dass korpulentere Menschen Probleme haben duerften, da sich 20 cm vor der Schuessel eine Wand befindet... Aber immerhin ist der Ausblick auf den Fluss toll und verhindert hier die Vollkatastrophe...

Fint sted der ligger godt ud til vandet, der er kun en promenade der løber langs vandet foran hotellet, Vi skulle helt op på øverste etage, og der er desværrer ingen elevator, så der skulle slæbes,der er ingen restaurant på stedet, men nabo hotellet tilbyder morgenmad, og en kort gåtur ind ad promenaden, så er man ved selve byen og et dejligt food nightmarkede Hilsen morten

○ ○ ・部屋の広さは普通 ・早朝空港まで400B(相場) ×× ・シャワーはお湯がでない(朝夜は冷えるので最悪) ・トイレは横向き座らないと座れない狭さ ・深夜もロングテールボートが凄くうるさい(近場でヘリコプターが飛んでいるのかと思った) ・２日目以降は飲み水なし △ ・窓開かない ・アメニティなし ・ドライヤーなし ・ナイトマーケットは近いけど、朝昼などは市内中心まで遠いい ------ 泊まるメリットが何もない 値段を考えても別のホテルがおすすめ

Okay für eine nacht
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Die Lage ist gut da man krabi Stadt gut zu Fuß erreicht und auch in der Nähe der Bootsanlegestelle ist. Unser Zimmer war allerdings erst um ca 15:00 frei was doch sehr spät war. Wir konnten zwar unser Gepäck unterstellen trotzdem ist das nicht die Norm. Das Zimmer war okay. Das Bad allerdings renovierungsbedürftig.
