It’s always my top choice of hotel in Hong Kong. Love this highest hotel in HK with great view. The staff is exceptionally attentive and warm. I always get personalized service there. The swimming pool is a must-visit item on my list. Club lounge service is the best in HK when compared with other hotels in the same tier which I have visited.

Ritz Carlton is in a very convenient location for taking speed train from Hong Kong to China. Speed Rail station is attached to ICC building where Ritz Carlton s located.

A truly wonderful hotel with the most attentive and considerate staff (a special shout out to Lincoln for the upgrade). Views are breathtaking and the hotel is spotless. The bar and restaurant is great plus ozone was excellent too. This is truly a step beyond any hotel I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

The sliding doors of the bathroom slides open after closing. I believe it’s due to wear and tear. But after staying a few nights in that room, I figured how to hold it shut. Just needed to struggle with it a little. It took an unusual long time for the faucets at the bathtub to fill up. Just some maintenance needed. Staff, service, the room, the view, the club lounge experience were all superb!

The hotel is near and tidy, the staff takes great care of the guests, and there are room introductions after check-in. Although, the hotel has been in operation for about 11 years, the room maintenance has taken a great care, but it does a good job and will not be old fashion.

Can I give 6 stars? Absolutely perfect stay.
We did a staycation and it was just perfect. The room was beautiful and spacious with outstanding views. Huge bathroom. We got club lounge access which was amazing. Great food quality and variety at 4 times a day. All day drinks. Impeccable service. The indoor pool is huge and beautiful.
