Perfect for Solo Travellers
The amazing service started before I even arrived! I received an email from the wonderful Wendy who sent me clear instructions and the easiest access to the building. This was very helpful because I had heavy luggage. The room was small which is to be expected in Hong Kong however it was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was a big bonus. I would advise to go for this option if you can. The room was cleaned often but never intrusive like some other places that I have stayed in. The location is a massive plus! Very safe! Near to Nathan Road but situated on a quiet side street. Close to K11 mall, Victoria Harbour, a stop or 2 on the MTR or short taxi ride to Hong Kong Island, a local park(Kowloon Park). If you prefer to stay on the Kowloon side, it’s not far from Temple Street Market, Jordan etc Definitely good for a solo traveller but for a couple, you may have to upgrade. However, my room suited my needs. A big thanks to all of the staff at Super Inn.

I don’t think the room was cleaned before we arrived. Hairs in the bed, and plasters in the bathroom sink. Also a lot smaller than you’d imagine from the images.

There was no hot shower when there is other guest using, waited for 30mins still no hot water!

Each room has an individual water heater for the shower. The using of shower in another room will not affect the using of the other room. You need to turn on the water heater button for heating the water for 10 minutes before using it,as our water heater is an electronic one. The instruction was written under the buttoon of the water heater. I am really sorry for the misunderstanding and miscommunication again.

this was a rip off. very disappointed. shower and and toilet combined in a tiny and approximately 3feet X 3feet room.bed room is about 6X6feet room. i made 2 day reservation. i checked in but decided not to stay because the room and facilities made me and my wife very uncomfortable. i would demand for refund. i will never never look at this INN again nor recommend to anyone. i will rate this inn 00000000000. Don't waste your money like I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really sorry to hear for your comment. Hong Kong is one of the most smallest place in the world. To be honest, even a four star hotel is small as well.

It was very handy to Nathan Road and the centre of Kowloon plus access to the MTR. The room I was allocated didn't have a window, was big enough to have a shower/toilet and a bed and floor space for my case. Access wasn't easy to find but Ok once you knew where the doors were (not clearly marked as Super Inn).

Never more!!!!!
The second I opened the door to my room, a cockroach flew across the floor! I killed two more that night and checked out the next morning despite having five nights paid for! Never ever have I done that in my life of frequent travels! The room had handfulls of dust all over the floor. The bed hard and short (Im 5’9)! People screaming and puking in the room next to me....one of the worst nights ever....The pictures of the rooms are absolutely inadequate to the reality. The location is great, but thats the only positive thing I can honestly say about this place! Cant believe I paid almost $600 to stay here! Do yourself a favor, pay couple hundred more and stay at the Kowloon hotel around the corner! That place saved my trip!!!!!!!

Decently priced closet
The room was entirely serviceable, very clean, and in a convenient location near the subway. This is probably my own fault, but I didn't realize the size of the single room before I booked it. While it had a bathroom and the required amenities for it to be serviceable, it certainly didn't have an unnecessary space. It was super small. Still, totally serviceable, and if you're not claustrophobic it was a totally fine place.

The negatives: This is the tiniest space I have ever stayed in, the shower has a toliet and sink within it and the bed was rock hard like sleeping on the floor. Hot water lasted 2 minutes. The positives: the location is ideal, 2 minute walk to the MTR and easy to get to. The book lamps on the side of the bed were a nice touch. Cleaning service daily and staff friendly.

Small room with shorter bed, maybe not the best for tall guys, but fine for us (1.7m tall). Very clean, perfect service, room with balcony had everything we needed, great location close to places we wanted to visit.

Great place to stay in central HK
We had a wonderful stay at Super Inn. The Inn is in a great location, just off bustling Nathan Road, close to all amenities (7/11, Lock Street for places to eat, MTR stations and bus stops, countless shops), but still quiet enough to not feel crowded and have a good night's sleep. The guest house itself was lovely, all the little extras made all the difference, such as free hot and cold drinking water, a nice clean communal fridge and microwave, clean slippers. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The owners really made an effort to make this a wonderful place to stay, and this is a rare thing in Tsim Sha Tsui! If you have never visited central HK, be ready for tiny rooms if you don't have a huge budget - this is normal for TST! Our room was small but we loved it, the space was well thought out and we made ourselves at home.

Agreeable stay
The Inn is located in a busy part of Hong Kong in a building so don't expect to see the name of the inn in the streets, rather follow the building address and the floor number indicated and you'll find it. Welcoming is good and check in very efficient. The room itself is small, without windows. It's compact but has everything you need for a short stay. The shower and toilet system is an all in one in a small room. The bed is very comfortable. I really liked the daily housekeeping, very efficient and not always expected in this type of hotels. The main advantage of the hotel is its location, on the red line, couple of stops from central but also near to the more local areas of Jordan or mong kok. Tsim tsa tsui itself has a lot to offer with the harbour and a good choice of restaurants and bars.

The room was very small (expected), the bed uncomfortable but the service was good. The one thing that got to me was the room cleanliness (or lack of). The floor look dirty and the bed sheets were a bit stained in multiple areas.

Upon the check in we have been directed to Floor where Super Hostel is located, not the 7th Floor Super Inn Hotel (as per the booking confirmation). The room look totally different than picture on the booking confirmation. Be aware that when you book a room which appears to have widows could turn up have a tiny window which you cannot open. The toilet also smells of food cooked externally. Although I must admit that the location is very attractive and area is very quiet and safe I would not recommend it to anyone because of the deception. Even when I have challenged the lady did by took my complaints seriously.

The room was very small, it's ok if you don't have a lot of luggage. The hotel will keep your luggage if you arrive before check in time and after check out and want to explore the city. The wifi signal was very strong. The hotel is in a great location, near many restaurants, shopping malls and just a couple of blocks from bus stop and a subway station

Satisfactory budget room in HK
Considering this is a budget hotel in Kowloon, and that it is understood this means an EXTREMELY small room, this stay was OK. Good air conditioning, good water pressure in shower, relatively clean and quiet room. The downtown location is excellent. I would stay here again if in need of a room on a tight budget.

The owners were very kind and helpful, and the space was very clean and conveniently located, as well as well priced. Only complaints are that the hot water ran out almost immediately after starting to shower, so we both had cold showers - probably fine for summer, but it was still springtime so not that great. The room was extremely cramped, though they did make good use of the space with their arrangement. Barely space to lay down our suitcases to get our stuff out... However for the value and location, I would stay here again (in summer)!

stayed here for a week and in between i had to switch rooms as one companion ahve to leave. it was a hassle free experience for me. i go out at night and leave my passport and some money at home as i dont want to bring it with me all along and i still find them there everytime i go home. Staff are all very friendly and helpful including the guards at the lobby. Price is very reasonable. it isnt the cheapest but it cant be regarded as expensive. worth its value specially when it comes to security and convenience.most of all NO LONG WAITING TIME at the elevator as it isnt populated Building. i'd surely come back stay here.

ホテル代が他の物価よりもかなり高い香港で１泊3000円でしたから、寝られれば良いと言う程度の事前期待の低さが前提の高評価です。以前にも、香港で同じような安ホテルを予約した時は、入口がまったく分からず、１時間も探し回った苦い経験があります。 ところがSuper Innは、マネージャーさんが最初のメールで、狭い入口の写真付きで空港から詳しく道順を書いてくれました。実際、Google Mapを見ながら指示通りにやって来ると、実に簡単に到着できました。 部屋の設備にはもちろん期待してはいけませんが、フリーの飲料や部屋履きが用意されているなど、ホテル側の精一杯のホスピタリティが感じられます。 ベッドとシャワーの設備はちゃんとしているし、立地は最高なので、また1人でふらりと香港に来ることがあれば、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

スタッフは、親切でとても良い感じです。部屋は清潔です。4階の部屋はウォーターサーバーが飲水しか出ないので廊下の電気ポットでお湯を沸かさないとダメでした。シャワーは、直ぐにでるタイプでしたが１０分ぐらいで水になりました。A21のパスも近く、周囲に店が沢山あるので立地も良いです。
