"The hotel far away from the Tuticorin town hence very difficult to travel or rather travel expense is high if you rely on the hotel . Restaurant is very expensive .I ordered one plate pakoda it cost me around 320 Rs. Plz prices should be customer friendly. Small dining hall hence mornings you can witness over crowded dining hall."

Terrible service

"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was normal( my father in law is an AC HVAC engineer). Anyways terrible stay and is not worth the price."
