"Riad situé dans le calme de la médina loin de la grande place et des souk...mais juste assez proche pour y marcher. Le personnel est tout a fait exceptionnel et tres a l'écoute de nos besoins. Les suggestions proposées font de cette équipe une expérience utlime. N'hésitez pas a souper sur la terrasse. La nourriture est tout a fait exceptionnelle et les déjeuners parmis les meilleurs de notre séjours au Maroc. je recommande!"

"Chambre un peu juste mais correct, un personnel très aimable et agréable à l’écoute et disponible pour leurs clients. Petit déjeuner au top mais attention aux personnes allergiques aux abeilles car ils s’invitent en nombres à votre table et peu importe où vous êtes installés. Riad tranquille et proche de la place Jamel El Fna, tout est faisable à pied, pas besoin de taxi."

"The rooms were cleaned daily so no issues there. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent consisted of fresh Orange juice, a bowl of fresh fruit, Moroccan bread, omelette and coffee or in our case (being typically brits) hot water for our tea bags which we took along with us. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace which at times was a bit annoying because of the birds and the wasps. Our room had an incredible air con unit, whisper quite, which helped as the averages...

"This was fantastic hotel, probably the friendliest staff i have ever meet in my travels. And the atmosphere of the hotel i deeply love it. The jazz especially. The staff went beyond expectations. And the resturant both at the roof and le bistro arabe, oh some of the best food i hace eaten. I am definitely coming back. One thing that could have been better was the WiFi at least for me it was very unstable."

"Clean room, breakfast was good and shared it with the bees, the milk tumbler had a black stuff coming out when I poured the milk in the cup, small bathroom… there’s no elbow room when you sit on the commode, no shampoo but had a body wash in a little container that we used for washing hands, no bottled water( I asked Joseph for two), noisy( I think the whole neighborhood had a party right below the window of the room, as for the staff, Joseph and the younger guy were polite and friendly. "Superbe hôtel, véritable havre de paix au milieu de la frénésie de Marrakech. Une piscine entourée de végétation dans le patio central, une autre sur le rooftop qui offre une superbe vue sur Marrakech, un piano bar pour le soir, tout est prévu pour bien se délasser . Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une grande gentillesse. Une adresse qui vaut vraiment le détour"

Ce Riad demande vos coordonnées bancaires et lorsque vous arrivez il met le montant en euros. Je n’avais pas vérifier ma carte de crédit car tout les autres Riad avaient déjà pris le paiement . Mais dans l’ensemble c’est bien"
