"What a great choice I made! I wanted a more nature and star gazing evening. I came in from Nago and the kind host let me check in 2 hours early! That is rare in Japan. The outside at fist had me wondering but when I looked inside the room it was huge and so clean I was so happy! I swam for hours by the bridge and then went to heart beach where I snorkeled with my own snorkel gear and had a blast seeing tropical fish. "タイミングが悪く台風が接近している日に宿泊しました。 施設自体はとても綺麗でしたが、夜22時頃停電になってしまい、お風呂に入ろうとしましたが、お湯が出ないため断念しました。エアコンも切れ、部屋のiPadでヘルプボタンを押しましたがインターネットが接続されず、当時オーナーさんに直接電話すれば良かったですが、突然の事でその発想に至らず、お風呂を諦めて寝ることしか出来ませんでした。 段々と気温も上がり暑くてあまり寝付けなかったこともあり、快適に過ごすことが出来ませんでしたが、夜中3時頃電気がまた通りました。 今後またこのようなことがあった時に、オーナーさんから連絡を頂いてなにか対策など教えていただけたら、他のお客様もより快適に過ごせるのではないかと思い投稿しました。 晴れていたら外のプールも素敵でしょうし、眺めも絶対に綺麗です！！！ とても素敵なヴィラでしたので、もしまた機会があれば宿泊させて頂きたいと思っております。"

"We had an INCREDIBLE stay at this hotel! Highly recommend it as it was a true highlight during our 2 week stay in Japan. The view and premises are absolutely breathtaking and the staff really bends over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. We found the breakfast buffet really good with lots of options. This resort also has many good restaurants on premise with a Chinese and seafood restaurant that we really enjoyed. Some reviews have commented on staff not speaking English but we did not find this to be a problem as many staff knew basic English plus everyone had translation devices to make it seamless. We were also there when a typhoon was approaching and can’t overstate how accommodating the staff were to make sure everyone was safe and very flexible in helping guests arrange earlier departures. Highly rate this resort - 11 out of 10 stars!!"
