lovely location and property

Location is what we were looking for, having a car made travel no issue. This is a very well run facility, acres of space in the condo and great facilities. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and the village was close by (walkable)

Large apartment that comfortably accommodated our family of 5. Beautiful grounds. The kids loved the pool. Great location to visit Heart Rock and the Ocean Tower as well as key sights about 30 minutes away, including Churaumi Aquarium, Nakijin-jo ruins, and waterfalls in the north and near Nago. Great restaurant at the resort. A car is a necessity.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 sons. The accommodations were excellent, but I do have a few complaints. The first is regarding one of the downstairs bed rooms (the first bed room after coming down the stairs). The air conditioning made a dripping sound that would not stop. I looked for the source of the dripping but could not find it, nor was there a pool of water, but the dripping continued throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. In addition, this same bed room contained a wifi router that had many lights that blinked on and off throughout the night. These issues made it very difficult to sleep in that room. Additionally, while I understand that Japan does things differently sometimes, but the pillows were very hard and had rice or something in them, making them very difficult to sleep on. I know many hotels (in Japan and throughout the world) that will put a variety of pillow types out, so customers can use what best suits them. These issues are very easy to fix and would make the stay much nicer. Overall, the property was wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

ジャングリアや美ら海水族館にアクセスがよかったです。古宇利島も海が綺麗でとても良かったです。 利用した部屋はベッドルーム2部屋(4台)、布団3組と、風呂とシャワーがあり、トイレも2つと、6人家族には十分な広さで快適でした。 洗濯機と乾燥機あったので毎日洗濯でき本当に助かりました。4泊中タオルの交換や部屋の掃除はないということでしたが、掃除機もあったし、タオルは洗濯でき乾燥機で乾くので不便ではなかったです。 虫が苦手な子ども達は、虫が出た時に大変でしたが、どこのホテルでも虫はつきものだと思っているので、さほど気にはなりませんでした。最初にホテルまでの道がわからず迷って困りましたが、狭い坂道ではない道がちゃんとあったので、女性でも運転できました。 機会があればプール付きの部屋に泊まってみたいです。

施設は新しいし部屋も広いが、必要なものがない。経営者は外国の方かな？ 消耗品的なホテル。痒い所に手が届かない、、ただ寝泊まりするならいいかも。airbnbっぽい。 朝食ビュッフェは数少なめ。味は普通。冷凍多め。 スタッフが全然足りていないので食べたいものもいつも空っぽ。片付けも間に合っていない。スタッフ無愛想、、 人件費削減かもしれないが全てが間に合っていないのでご飯時くらいスタッフを増やすべき。 共有プールは苔が壁にありました。 掃除してないのだろうなと、入る気が失せました。 残念、、 内容のない宿泊施設だと思いました。 せっかく良い場所にあるのに勿体無いと思いました。古宇利島は好きですが再訪はありません。
