"Our room was very spacious, and needless to say, the view from the room was spectacular. There is no outdoor onsen, but you can go outside to the terrace and cool down directly from the public bath. Breakfast wasn't super fancy, but typical Japanese breakfast buffet, and everything tasted good. There is an Izakaya super close to the hotel, which was very cheap with generous portion."
"Fantastic hotel with Japanese culture, high standards, very well maintained, beautiful view at Mt Fuji, hotel provided shuttle bus from and to kawaguchiko station. Breakfast and privet dinners were amazing experience. Staff very efficient. Highly recommend. "
"Pros:
Amazing view from the cabin.
Service is excellent throughout from check in to check out. Attention to details is great; they remember our room number and daily reservation.
Cabin size is on the small side but understandable due to the “glamping” experience it tries to emulate.
Speaking of experience, the sweet treats and bonfire night are great. We wished we could have joined more activities.
Cons:
Food options are a bit limited. For breakfast, you only have two options. So if you’re staying for longer than two days, you would have to repeat your choices. À la cart dinner has more options. Having said that, however, the food here is great too. "
