"Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. Between the lack of hospitality and the inconvenience, it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for."

"Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. "Located a mere 5 min walk from old town, this resort does not disappoint! Parking is included as well as an amazing buffet breakfast which includes many à la carte items. The pool is a definite bonus for a break after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff are amazing! This a great place to stay in Heraklion!!"
