If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce the amount of desserts and sweets offered and replace with more hot food options such as waffles/pancakes, omelets to order etc. however, this was low season so I guess there is a concern about wastage "

Room was ok, the one thing we didn't like was the bathroom door was right beside the bed, so hard to not wake up everyone when using in the middle of the night. Hotel is in a pretty out of the way from city center. Some parking available. We had no issues with that. It was close to the port which was convenient for the next stage of our trip. "

Wonderful avenues with all the shops are less than a 5 minute walk. Coin laundry on the next corner, you can drop off and pick up same day. You can see the water from the front step. "The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. "

"Such a lovely little boutique hotel! We loved how spacious, modern and inviting the room felt, and the staff was phenomenally helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh foods, and everything was super clean. Easy walk to the old port and lots of restaurant and shopping options. Definitely recommend as a launchpad for your exploration of Crete!"
