"Probably one of my favorite VRBO stays. The apartment and the building are beautiful. The clothes dryer actually works. The apartment is clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great communication from the host. The location is amazing. Everything is walkable stores, cafes, restaurants and points of interest. We liked it so much that we were able to extend our stay. Just some info, the actual building is in the middle of a lovely shopping area. You will have to walk your luggage down the street a bit. The street is smooth and easy to maneuver."

"The staff was so incredibly welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. We had an early flight prior to the breakfast hours the following morning, however the staff kindly offered to provide a boxed meal for us to take to the airport. It included a apple, banana, a few different pastries, along with bottles of water and juice. The room was amazing! We needed a quality bed and pillows after our previous locations stay and this room hit the spot! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were awesome! They even had a pillow menu if the pillows didn't meet your needs. My wife and I will certainly come back in the future as the amazing experience we had! Great location too for going to the local shops and restaurants."

My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion"

"Very nice, clean, and centrally located hotel. About 20 minutes walk from the port. A few minutes walk to Heraklion's Archeological Museum which is a must-see in Heraklion. Many restaurants and local stores around. At night it can be a bit noisy but that is the advantage of being close to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's also laundry and luggage storage services nearby for those who may wa t to store their luggage while traveling to islands. Highly recommended and would stay here again."

"Property was good and breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was plentiful as well (leave a lot of time for it). Area was quiet and nice. The thing that was annoying, however, was tha light in the washroom was turning on at night when you tried using it, waking up both yourself and your family members."
