Hotel Spa di Kothamangalam

"Very bad service "

"We had a good experience"

"Staff were great - very helpful and pleasant! However, we noticed a cockroach in our room on the final night (we stayed for two)."

"الموقع مميز والخدمات من حوله"

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."
