Good value with friendly and accommodating staff

Really friendly and helpful staff. We were originally booked on the 2nd floor that was a bit loud and smelled of cigarette smoke. When we asked to be moved to a higher floor, they immediately offered a room on the 5th floor. Much better! The corridors are worn and in need of new carpet and paint. Breakfast is complete with mostly Asian offerings - very tasty but always cold and non-working toaster. The location is good for cheap eats right next door. And it's walking distance to Sutera Harbour where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. A long, hot walk or an easy Grab ride to the center of town and the ferry to the islands.

Fint hotel, men meget trafik støj. Morgen maden var ikke noget særligt, den ene dag kom vi lidt sent ned til morgenmaden, og der var det meste koldt.

Need some improvement

Cracked walls in our room...the aircond need to service.. It is a strategic place to stay but the hotel have to do some improvement in terms of the maintenance of the guest room.

Not close to anything

The hotel is not conveniently located close to any city landmarks. It's like an island in a steady stream of traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful but the room had obviously not been repaired or painted in quite a while. Water got over the floor in the bathroom because it is an Asian style shower with a drain in a corner. Breakfast is included.

저렴하고 편리한 호텔

밤 늦게 도착하는 비행기라 리조트는 1박이 부담스러워 하룻밤 묵을 숙소로 정하였습니다. 가격은 매우 저렴했고 숙소는 넓습니다. 다만 건물이 오래되고, 기본 상태만 제공되기 때문에 청결도나 룸 컨디션에 큰 기대를 안하시면 만족할 것 같습니다. 이마고몰과 수트라하버 리조트 사이에 위치하여 이동은 편리합니다. 저희처럼 하룻밤 묵고 리조트로 이동하실 분은 선택하셔도 될 것 같습니다.

NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL

Stays for 3 nights. if you dont have a car, it will be bad experience. The newest shopping mall is about 600 meters away, but having to cross a major express way to airport is not an nice experience. The room layout dont look like was designed for hotel room. The phone is the room is not by the bed but by the table. The breakfast prepared is bare minimum . 3 *** is over rated for this hotel and not value for money.

정말 최악의 숙소였다. 주변은 더럽고 빈민가로 보였고 밤새 시끄러워 한숨도 못잤다. 화장실도 너무 지저분해서 씻을수가 없었고 침구상태도 믿을수 없었다. 조식은 먹지않고 그냥 나왔다. 잠만 자려고 예약했는데 형편없었다.
