Central and affordable

I stayed several nights at Promenade Service Apartment during my one-month roundtrip of Borneo. The apartment is spacious, the bed is confortable and there is a big fridge. There is even a small balcony facing the backyard to hang your laundry. Hot water, TV and Wi-Fi work fine. This is a basic apartment, so don't expect luxury, but if you are looking for a budget option, this is the right choice. The building looks a bit old from outside, but the apartments are new from inside. Be prepared to walk a bit upon check-in as there are many apartments and yours might not be near the reception (the apartments are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with elevator). Central location near the handycraft market and Waterfont restaurants, just behind the Promenade Hotel. Thank you and see you soon again!

Sangat baik dan saya berpuas hati secara keseluruhan kecuali proses parking d mana pintu lif bahagian basement tidak dapat dimasuki dadi luar kerana berkunci. Mohon pihak pengurusan memperbaiki mutu perkhidmatan ini supaya ianya boleh diakses menggunakan kad bilik yang dibekalkan. Terima kasih

The lobby was nice and clean. The apartment on the other hand was very disappointing. The apartment on the brochure and the one we stayed in is deffinatley not the same place.Paint on walls is dirty, bedding sheets was not clean and full of hair.The air con local control was broken and there is stains on the carpet. The shower tiles was filthily and there was mold on the bottom of shower. I will not stay in this apartments again.

Don't be fool by their pictures. Yes, for the price the rooms may look alright BUT the environment of the apartment is way dodgy! It's very very dirty and not safe
