Free parking only for one time in/out, after that will need to pay even when during the booking confirmation stated free parking. The internet very slow, TV not clear. Toilet shower need to be fix. The room not enough lighting especially the closet area.

Very old and dirty place in need of an upgrade. Kettle was broken but they came immediately to replace it. Just one international outlet. TV has great channels but reception was terrible. Toiletries are yucky. location Is the worst. Breakfast buffet is sketchy. Free but not really good. I could’ve gotten better for the money. Room was good size though. WiFi was not bad. Checkin was good. Don’t exchange currency here. The rates are insulting.

Nice residence for family stay
Very helpful staff. Went extra mile to accommodate our veg food requests during breakfast. We took 2 BHK residence for 5 nights and were served well. Hotel was very crowded during CNY holidays so got bit messy in dining area but no complaints. Approach to hotel is a bit roundabout but it is what it is. They can’t help it. New and shiny mall close-by. 5 MYR by grab.

staff was great. the place was not, out dated in need of major renovation. Not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Only thing four star was the price. I found like hotels in the area for about half the price that I'll be staying at during my next visit.

The room was very large and the king size bed was super comfy. There was plenty of options of getting drinks, snacks and meals and the choice at breakfast was amazing. We were lucky to have a room next to the pool which was always a pleasant place to pop to for relaxation. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Property is just on the outskirts of the City Centre (approx. 2 km walking distance to Central Market). We used Grab (like Uber) to hire private cars to take us to/from for only 5MR instead of walking. Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful.

Comfort Stay for Business Trip
The hotel looks amazing and nice, the cleanliness and services are acceptable. Unfortunately there are too many Chinese and Korean tourists that turned the hotel so noisy at the lobby. During the breakfast time, it was a disaster just to have a coffee. Other than that, all good.
