This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!

Good place for a couple nights

HotSpot is in a good location and good value for the price. We had a late night check in but it went smoothly because we had whatsApp it was all remote (sending us door codes and instructions on how to get our key, etc.). Also was able to get help turning on the AC via WhatsApp. During daytime hours there is a person at the desk who was very friendly.

We did not even check in to stay. Property unfit for acccomation paid CAD200 or RM700 for 4nights. Prepaid no refundable for ccancellation so walked away at loss. Hope the Expedia will refund in full but ??? SHOULD NOT RENT THE PROPERTY, FELT CHEATED. Please refund CAD200 to my credit card ! THANK You

Nice stay but parking can be a problem

It was a pleasant stay with great service and recently renovated rooms. However the hotel listing states that private parking is available on request for RM8 per day. This was not available so had to find a on street park several hundred metres from the hotel.
