"Beautiful place and location. Right in the middle of old town, you cannot access by car, regardless what Google Maps say, but you have plenty of parking lots. Price wise we recommend the parking lots located at the other side of the river, and only a short walk to the hotel across any of the bridges. There are plenty of cafés nearby, but we were offered a free coffee free of charge every morning (don't know if this is hotel policy). The hotel has nice rooms with air-conditioning and they responded really fast to all our requests. We recommend getting the balcony rooms for the views even if they are more expensive. We also highly recommend the restaurant Pashtriku right in the middle of Shatërvan square. Great service and plenty of options for the whole family."
