"Great modern accomodation, very clean and luxirious place. I would come back the staff were all exceptional. Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊 "

"The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service"

"All the reception staff and breakfast restaurant staff were friendly and helpful! Very pleasant stay. We stayed 3 nights and only had service water the first night. It would have been better if we could have received water for the second and third night as we stayed for two consecutive nights."
