"Stay 2 nights in KAI ALPS. Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet. My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasn’t changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end up still cannot change the menu next day. This hotel is not worth to stay. We will not come back again and do not recommend to my friends and families."

"It is an older property however very well managed and clean. The staff is amazing very eager to accommodate all guests. We purchased half board option and the food was delicious, truly authentic experience. "

"この度はおせわになりました。 お部屋は清潔に整えられていましたが、特別ではなく普通でどちらかと言うとレベルの高いビジネスホテル風でした。 家族連れがとても多くにぎやかです。 ただ中にはレストランに家族揃ってパジャマ？な一行がいたり、温泉では泳いでいる子供が数人いたり、落ち着いて過ごしたい方には不向きかもしれません。 公共のマナーについては、家族連れやインバウンドには特にしっかりと告知が必要ではないかな、と思いました。 スタッフは海外の方も含め一生懸命で好感が持てましたが、スタッフの人数が少なく、特に 中堅層、ベテランスタッフと見受けられる方は１人もいなかったのでなんとなく安心感がありませんでした。"
