"Hotel top und herausragend in dieser Gegend. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Meerblick war so lala, wurde teils durch Bäume verdeckt, (1. Etage) Für den ungestörten Meerblick sollte man beim Buchen des Zimmer‘s eine Mail an das Hotel schreiben und um ein Zimmer ab Etage 2 bitten. Umgebung ist eher nichts für Partygänger, nur für Leute die Ruhe suchen. Alles in allem und wenn ich nur das Hotel bewerte, volle 5 Sterne."

"Wir hatten rundherum einen fantastischen Urlaub. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne dabei aufdringlich zu werden. Während unseres Urlaubs wurden die Gartenbänke erneuert, die einen im Vorbeilaufen zum Verweilen einluden in dieser wunderschönen und vor allem sehr gepflegten Parkanlage. Der Spa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Mädels dort sind alle richtig lieb. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Aber das Allerbeste war,...

"das Hotel passt überhaupt nicht in die Arosa Gruppe, weder von der Einrichtung des Zimmers her noch von den Gästen her noch vom Essen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Durchschnittsalter gefühlte 80 Jahre aufwärts. Es sah für uns eher aus wie ein Seniorenstift, aber keinesfalls wie ein Hotel der Arosa Gruppe. In der Dusche war es verschimmelt, das Zimmer roch komisch, am Balkon waren einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett und bemüht, es uns und alten Damen...

"Nice and clean place - the interior style kept in the 90’s. Good breakfast and well kept swimming pool. Expensive parking."

"Property, view, staff, and amenities was excellent. The only knock we had on it was the parking situation and ability to get to the front of the hotel/parking garage. A suggestion I would say is to maybe put a sign on the corner of the Under Armor store to direct parking traffic."
