サービス等については満足であったが、禁煙の部屋を予約してあったのに、チェックイン時に満室であったため、必然的に喫煙の部屋に変更された。 消臭スプレーや空気清浄機完備の説明を頂戴したが、入ってみるとそのレベルの臭いではなかった。スプレー散布、空気清浄機を滞在中稼働させても、たばこの臭いが強烈で夜中に目が覚めた。 ホテル側の予約に対する事情はあるにせよ、事前の連絡なり、もう少し配慮がほしいと思った。

10階のシングルルームでした。ベッドのマットレスが良いのか、普段自宅以外ではなかなか寝付けないのですが、適度な弾力と寝返りを打ってもベッドが揺れずぐっすり眠れました！両手を伸ばしてまさに大の字で眠れました。ぜひまた郡山に行くことがあれば利用したいです。

郡山返事商談へ参りました。 予約もスムーズでホテルも綺麗、何より朝食サービスが上等です。時間を避ければスイスイ混まずに使用できてゆっくり朝ごはんも食べられましたよ

部屋に入ると人間の体臭のような匂い 大浴場に向かったところ入口が完全に解放されていて驚いた。一応中を何度も確認して入った。もしかすると隠しビデオ等設置している可能性がある。 何より1番驚いたのは、浴室のアンモニア臭。それを超えた尿の匂いが浴槽周辺と浴槽から溢れたお湯が流れていくあたりに充満。すぐに出てしまった。前回気に入ってのリピートだったので残念。
