"Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only issue with the room was the street noise. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy well past midnight.
Housekeeping is a little erratic. We never received bottled water or clean cups/glasses after the first night of a four night stay.
The onsite restaurant Carnegie Deli is really good. We ate several meals there and the food was always tasty and plentiful."

"We arrived one hour early but were not permitted to check in early, which was fine, but we weren't even given the discount coupon for lunch at the attached Udon restaurant while we waited. The room was nice. It was big and clean. The Continental breakfast was, perhaps, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. Minimal, unappetizing choices."

"Ideal location for Manhattan adventures, both uptown and downtown. Tucked away on a quiet street yet just a half-block from 5th and 6th Avenues with quick accessibility to bus and subway options. "I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem.
The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available...
