Top Kora Hotel Reviews

Grand Mercure Lake Biwa Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The property has a great lakefront location and view. Its clean, the rooms are large, even if slightly old, and is overall excellent value for money."

Hotel Sunroute Hikone

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay in Hikone. The room was comfortable given we had three single beds. The hotel is only a minute walk from the train station and close to dining establishments. It's also a short walk to the castle - which is a must. This was a week into our trip, so we availed ourselves of the laundry facility. It is located on one of the floors, not in your room. It had two washers and two dryers. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

Kamenoi Hotel Hikone

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic stay in this onsen style ryokan. Had a wonderful private onsen in our room, overlooking the river and the lake beyond. Can’t ask for a more perfect experience. Waking up early to soak in our private room onsen before dressing and heading down for the Japanese style breakfast included."
