"The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work."

"Nicely located on a hill with a view of the lake, but it is not on the lake. Nice balcony for reading and relaxing. Basic continental breakfast is provided. A good restaurant is located on the nearby Golf course. No other restaurants located in the area. No beaches nearby. A pretty area and a nice stopover if traveliing by auto, but there is little to do in or around Balfour."

"My room on the ground floor was perfect to bring my bike in for the night. It was older but very clean & comfortable. The mini fridge was nice & cold. A bit pricey but all in all a good stay."

"I object to companies asking for tips for a Buffett breakfast! A sign saying “every little tip helps”! Why are employers asking us to tip their employees. Pay them a living wage. Nobody served me my breakfast, nobody cleared my table Tipping culture is out of control. Europeans don’t expect tips nor does anyone outside of North America. Stop it now"

"Very misleading. We booked a 2 bed suite. There was one bathroom….accessible only via one of the bedrooms, and so zero privacy. Very weird layout. Breakfast very average 2 out of 5 at best. Would not return."
