The hotel was clean and facilities were very good. The price was fair. It was walkable to visit the main attraction of the city. The traffic was very busy as many cities in Turkey. It is better to park your car near the hotel and walk around. The breakfast was lavish and amazing Highly recommend it.

Pros: The room size. Location. Very friendly and professional staff. This hotel had the best buffet breakfast of all the hotels I have stayed in Turkey. Cons: No fridge or safe in the room. No balcony.

The hotel itself is nice enough, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I arrived at 4 pm, and I had to wait for the room since it was still not ready. Also, the WiFi was so slow that it was nearly unusable. The so-called gym in the basement wasn't much to write home about.

Great value, bad internet
A good value hotel. The room are very good size in comparison to other hotels. The staff is helpful. The jacuzzi was working, breakfast was great. The hotel is in a quieter part of town, neighbourhood is old but the main tourist attractions are less than a 10 minute walk away. The only negative on my stay was that the wifi was almost non-existent, as a digital nomad, this was quiet a big shortcoming for me. Hotel is otherwise great if you don’t need internet.

Don't go there.
The description on the website did not match the hotel. We booked a room with a king sized bed, full bath and shower, bathrobes, slippers, big tv with satellite channels, restaurant on site and free breakfast. What we got was a room with a shower, it was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. The restaurant was closed and breakfast was TL20. We were directed to the Kebap shop down the road. The area was very city centre, but if we opened the window (to get rid of the smoke) we got dustbin smells from the alley outside. We did go to reception to complain, but the manager was not helpful. Then our key didn't work and the staff didn't seem to understand why we thought this was a problem! Supposed to have 24 hour reception but we didn't stay around to find out if this was true or not. Checked out early. Suddenly they could not do enough for us. Too little, too late. I would not recommend this hotel for all the cay in Istanbul!

The staff could not have been more helpful. Spa room was just amazing to relax after a long day of exploring the city of Konya. Loads of history to soak up near by within walking distance.

Really convenient for visiting famous places in Konya. The room was dimly lit and needs a coat of paint, otherwise good facilities and a great breakfast. Sparse bedding. But still quite comfortable. Yes recommend

Fairly good hotel in good location. Breakfast was good. Conceirge service was suboptimal. No one speaks adequate english. We asked for assistance in purchasing tickets for a whirling dirvish concert that night (a flyer for which was displayed by the reception desk) but we got no help at all.

Almost very good
Pasa Park is a well appointed modern hotel. Nicely furnished room of a good size, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. I didn't notice any smell of smoke in my room, but as noted by others there was a no smoking notice beside an ashtray and matches on the table (I think this may be a Turkey issue rather than unique to the hotel). I thought the breakfast was good - I went near the start of breakfast which can help. Main negative was that the staff did not come across as particularly friendly and on checkout the person at the desk initially refused to accept that I had paid in advance via an aggregator website. Instead he typed the amount in local currency into a calculator and showed it to me expecting payment. It was fortunate that I was not in any rush and had all my receipts and paperwork in a folder which I simply produced for him. Following further consultation with the manger he accepted the paperwork.

Very nice hotel close to Mevlana museum
We stayed as a family in this hotel on our way to Cappadocia. Finding this hotel because of all the road closures, made it very difficult. Hotel staff are right outside the hotel and helped us to park the car (Valet parking). Checkin was really fast. Hotel lobby and the rooms are designed very well and that really impressed us. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is just 10 minutes walk from Mevlana museum and the town center. There are so many restaurants close by. Overall had a great experience and would not hesitate to stay again.

Good one
Staff were very helpful . Room 307 which was first given to us had problem , so they changed our room and gave us a spacious better room . With some small changes , they can easily add a star to their hotel . The smell of cigarette smoke is very strong in the corridors and that is a problem .Breakfast was good .

Average Stay
Even though the room was a non smoking room it smelt like people had been smoking there. Plus there was no window to the outside which made the room stuffy. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Great value and location
We booked this hotel through Expedia and were pleasantly surprised by our hotel room; a very large room with a round bed featuring a jacuzzi tub in a beautifully tiled bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with the usual items. The Mevlana museum is an easy 10-15 min. walk.

A Nice Place to Stay in Konya
We had a nice visit at the Pasa Park Hotel. The personnel were very accommodating and helpful, though limited in English. Overall, the rooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed. They were clean and for a group of five, we had two adjoining rooms through an end of corrider-type suite that had a sitting area, which was perfect. Next time travel to Konya, we will stay at Pasa Park again.

Nice Hotel
I had stayed in this hotel before but in a much larger suite, which was fantastic.The room and facilities are very modern with free wifi which was sometimes a bit ropey dropping in and out. We ate in the hotels adjacent restaurant and the kofte was very nice.Our waiter offered that although the hotel did not sell alcohol they would not object if we brought some beers in and they would provide glasses and chilling. We didn't wait to be asked twice! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location
Just one night in Konya on the way from Cappadocia to the Mediterranean coast. Hotel is well located, with lots of restarurants and supermarkets nearby. We walked to the Cultural Center where the "Whirling Dervishes" perform on Saturday nights and then had dinner around 11PM and the walk back to the hotel was safe, with families still out there walking and dining. Room and bathroom were big and well appointed. Fridge didn't work. Staff not very friendly. Buffet breakfast. Park on the street.

Very modern hotel, clean and spacious unfortunately we did not have a window that faced the outdoors. They have a nice breakfast with a lot if variety. Walking distance from major sites such as maulana Rumi tomb and museum and Aladdin palace. Few issues i faced were with bad wifi and having to wait an hour for room service to deliver my meal. Staff is friendly but not everyone is fluent in English.

Otel yenilenmiş gayet temizdi her şey, açık büfe kahvaltı mükemmel, ayrıca resepsiyonda İsmail Bey, çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun. Güleryüzün ne kadar önemli oldugunun canlı ispatıdır kendisi. Olumsuz olarak söyleyeceğim ise teknik altyapı sorunları var örneğin banyonun zemini bir yerden devamlı su aliyordu, zeminde su birikiyordu. Teşekkürler
