"The hotel needs much maintenance as well as overall cleanliness! Our stay was for 5 nights and the stairs to the upper floors were clearly never vacuumed as we found the same trash every day on the steps. Our room was not well cleaned neither, there was disgusting trash behind the safe. We asked the front desk to advise housekeeping that we needed hand soup in our bathroom and we didn’t get it until the next day. The only plus was it’s great location!"

"Apart from the fact that the internet was temperamental and the room was fairly spartan, the hotel was very good. The staff in particular were helpful and the hotel is convenient for the airport and good value. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of dining options locally and although it is close to the train station, not all the airport trains stop there. In the morning there is only one train an hour to the airport."

"Location of the hotel was perfect, close to train and station, but the good experience ends here. Reception staff were like robots, no welcome and not explanatory. Getting to the room gives the impression that the hotel needs a lift up. Dirty and market floor carpets. Checking in the room was no better; floor not cleaned properly, bathroom looked ok but not what we expected, no bath towels, only two hand towels. Bedsheets not changed, hair and creases from previous stays. We went to reception and they offered us just bedsheets and bath towels, and no help for replacement or cleaning. Bar staff was very good and helpful, he new the area and gave us some good tips to enjoy our trip in Brussels. We thought things were getting better but late at night while enjoying our drinks next to the kitchen something which we didn't expect appeared, putting that nicely it was "Jerry" likely not chased up by Tom. That's was awful. We didn't book breakfast so I can't comment about it, but you can imagine how that would have been."

"Clean and spacious room. This hotel is stunning! Impeccable! Very closed by to the airport. Train station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby small walking distance supermarket for a snack or small food. Restaurants also nearby. I am very specific and picky when it comes to hotel and this one, was the perfect one 👌. They have a shuttle car to and from the airport. You just have to say at what time you would like to get picked up. It's a very punctual service."

"Room was clean, closed to the train station which you can be in the center of Brussels in 10 minutes. Free shuttle to the airport as well. They do have food but I had purchased dinner from the outside base on reviews from another person. The only complaint that I have is the the toilet seat one side was broken maybe they had not had a chance to fix it."

"am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues that significantly affected the quality of my stay. First, the service provided by the reception staff was far below acceptable standards. The front desk employees were often unhelpful, unfriendly, and did not demonstrate the professionalism or hospitality expected from a hotel of your reputation. In addition, I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the room. The room did not meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. It appeared poorly maintained and did not reflect the standards advertised by the hotel. Furthermore, the housekeeping service was also unsatisfactory. The cleaning was inadequate, attention to detail was lacking, and the overall cleanliness of the room throughout my stay was disappointing. As a paying guest, I expected a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the poor reception service, the condition of the room, and the inadequate housekeeping service made my stay frustrating and unpleasant. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, investigate the issues raised, and take the necessary actions to improve the quality of service provided to future guests. I would also appreciate hearing how you intend to address these concerns."

"Not recommended for the following reasons: (1) During my stay in room 621 (from 27–31 May 2026), the shower malfunctioned every single night, suddenly releasing water at high pressure from the shower head in the middle of the night. This created extremely loud noise and was both disturbing and quite frightening. Experiencing this repeatedly throughout the stay was unacceptable and significantly affected my rest. (2) Some of the dishes in the morning breakfast buffet appeared unclean. (3) I noticed that a canned drink in the fridge was dented, which could easily lead to suspicion that I had tampered with or damaged the item. (4) Finally, I was informed only at check-out that I needed to pay the tourist tax. While I fully understand and do not object to paying this legitimate charge, the way it was handled is problematic. This should have been clearly communicated and settled earlier. As my trip was fully sponsored by my company, this late notice has created unnecessary administrative burden, as I now have to submit an additional reimbursement claim. For business travellers, this kind of oversight is particularly inconvenient and should be taken more seriously."
