Ottima struttura, camere pulite, servizio buono, piscine belle e pulite, cibo sempre vario e abbondante, zona tranquilla da cui si può arrivare velocemente in centro o da utilizzare come base per visitare le stupende spiaggie a Ovest di Creta. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto al ristorante ed alla reception. Wi-fi in camera un pò lento ed a volte...

"My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and tidy with a good sized kitchenette should you wish to do some cooking yourself during your stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly, we were also able to print all of our documents at reception for the flight home (including all COVID-19 documents!) which was super handy. "Lina & Dimitri were wonderful hosts and always made sure we had a comfortable stay. They offered us cold drinks like ice coffe, when we relaxed at the pool area. The apartment itself was cosy and we had our own balcony. The air condition also worked perfectly during the hot days. There was a bus station just outside Iliaktida apartments, so it was easy to take the bus to Chania and other places in Crete. The village itself is a place with greek culture and also restaurants with autenthic greek...

"Staff,food and rooms all great. Quiet location ideal for a relaxing holiday, 2 lovely clean pools with plenty of sunbeds No clubs or nightlife in village so if this is what you want it would be better to stay in a busier resort such as Platanias."
