"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always making us feel well cared for. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!"

"Room was comfortable and clean. Included breakfast offered lots of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, with one small exception. One of the dining room waiters was totally unhelpful when asked for cafe Americano. Airport shuttle was booked by the hotel and car arrived on time and driver was courteous and helpful."

"Staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing with such a large choice. The gym and indoor pool were also well maintained and there was even table tennis and table football. We noticed a water stain on the ceiling by the lifts, and shortly afterwards there was someone painting it. We would recommend this hotel and probably return."

Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel

"Temperature is 21 degrees Celsius here and the hotel has “closed” their beach. There are young children and adults still trying to swim in the sea while the beach is not clean or maintained and all loungers removed. I asked about this and was simply told it’s closed and to put my towel on the rocks… I was surprised to hear this. Stuff could easily move some loungers there for guests wanting to use the beach- and there are many. Locals are still swimming this week as well- October. The outdoor pool has leaves throughout and most of the pool loungers have been removed. It’s an unwelcoming site. No complaints regarding the inside of the hotel. It’s lovely. Rooms are large. Our sea view rooms have large open views of the sea. Lovely. Hotel is 15 min drive from old city walls. This is a great hotel to get away from the historic charm and get to a peaceful sea bay."

"On check in the receptionist was very helpful, explaining not just the hotel but the local area. Where to find bars and restaurants, which bus to get to old town and where the stop was. All very helpful"
