Microwave did not work and we had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it’s not marked, but we called customer service and they directed us right away. We had a fabulous stay! "A really good and quiet hotel and excellent value for money. The breakfast was particularly good. The hotel is near a tramline and is well connected to the Old Town and main train station. Take the number 4 tram from the station and get off at Rakowiecka. From there it's a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The number 4 also goes in the opposite direction to the Old Town. I recommend this hotel."

"This is a great place to spend a few days in. So spacious, great closets (yes, more than one) and cupboard space in the kitchen - you could move in! My only criticism was the bathroom - tiles and grouting definitely need updating but very functional and spacious with additional storage too!!"

"Alles hat gepasst. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Alles war toll. Auch Frühstück war sehr lecker und die frischgepressten Säfte mit sehr viel Obst und Gemüseauswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage zum entspannen war ebenso auch sehr schön. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist einfacher Zugang zum Netflix und anderen Medien. Sonst war wirklich super schön. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall."

"Lovely clean place, conveniently near the bus stop and the beds are clean and comfortable. Down side is the walls were gross. They had what looked like poo on them, not much just a little. Still... Staff were lovely"
