Excellent Choice
A great place to stay, especially for the price! The lady who runs it is super nice and helpful - would highly recommend! (worth mentioning, there's a 1000 baht deposit and a/c costs extra)

Quiet, friendly and near the beach.
Great location for the beach, 5 minute walk but away from the noise. Handy for local bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and room both in great condition and very clean. Our only issue was our fan room was very hot, even hotter than outside at times, sleeping with the fan on was no problem though.

Nothing fancy but a pleasant stay!
We enjoyed staying here. Great location! Kind staff. The private room had a lot of space. But because the room was so big, we regretted choosing the fan room over having AC ! Beds were very hard but surprisingly more comfortable than we imagined.

Ya my stay was comfortable the only thing was the sheets on the bed didn't sim to be clean alot of stains on the sheets.the travel desk was very good locan was good close to everything 5 min walk to beach.secure room nothing was touch.lady that owns or manages at front desk very helpful.

Fine place to stay short term. Very hot in fan only room. Very noisy due to proximity to road. A lot of sewage flowing down road outside of guest house. Ok room, nice big fridge, clean room. Only one cockroach in all 4 days we stayed there. Staff was ok.

Clean and close to everything
The staff were pleasant, the room was very clean although they never cleaned it during the 3 nights we were there. When I asked for a second pillow they initially said there werent any but when I told them I cant sleep without one (without a second pillow I literally slept for 3 hours if that, the night before) they gave me one. It was noisy at times but overall bearable, ear plugs are always handy. Loved the location as it was right in middle of Sairee and 7-11/many restaurants and bars were within minutes walk away. They provided a mini fridge but no hot water kettle. Would stay at again because it was clean and close to everything.

Decent budget option
Overall a reasonable stay. Good location near to the beach and bars/restaurants. Some noise from the road at night. Room was clean and shower hot and powerful. Some wear to the room such as a tear in the bedding and the window not quite shutting properly. Also the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. However given the price I was satisfied and would recommend if you are on a backpackers budget. Staff were friendly.

Good location, helpful staff
We had to move room 3 times due to cleanliness of the room (bugs on sheets and mouse droppings on floor) but staff were so good at changing us rooms until we were happy: the final room was clean and suited us perfectly. She was so kind and helpful. Good sleep and warm showers/ great location. Make sure you check your room but I do recommend

Not the Hotel on Trip Advisor
I booked this Hotel after reading the great reviews on trip Advisor, please be aware that the Sairee Hotel linked on Trip Advisor to Hotels.com is not the same Hotel as Sairee Center Guesthouse, most of the reviews on Trip Advisor are for Sairee Sairee Hotel, which is a completely different hotel around the corner, which I was disappointed at as I booked due to these reviews. As to this Hotel it is ok, in a good spot near restaurants and a short walk to Sairee beach, very basic room with no TV, good AC and fan, fridge, hot water works well, large room with a tiny balcony- the room was only cleaned once in my stay of 5 nights. I would look elsewhere next time as I think it is overpriced for what you get- but seems to be a common theme on Koh Tao.

She didn't know my reservation. But it was very kind, and the one-person room guided me to the six-person room when I reserved, but the next day I changed the room without any problems. It's close to the beach, and I'll visit again because it's kind.

Nice stay
The room was very nice and clean. It had 2 beds, fridge and 2 fans. The Wi-Fi was strong. Negative side: the mattress was too hard!!

Bedden waren van steen. WiFi was slecht en de airco was duur. Kon via hotels.com geen kamer met airco kiezen. Bij aankomst was er wel airco tegen betaling. Vragen de hoofdprijs en proberen je nog te naaien ook. Alleen de locatie is goed en de ruimte in de kamer

Färberin paar Tage gut.
Am Anfang war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider wurde innerhalb der 5 Tage Aufenthalt nie geputzt. Das war etwas schade. Aber insgesamt zu empfehlen. Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und man kann vom Hotel aus Touren und Transfers buchen.

Backpacker
Som backpacker var det här ett bra hotell! Fräscht, superbra läge då det var bära stranden och nattlivet vilket för oss var toppen! Stort rum, något lite balkong och vart varmt om man inte betalde extra för ac men det funkande ändå! Trevlig personal och jag skulle absolut rekommendera detta! (Att inflika dock- vill man som backpacker bo med massa människor runt omkring så kanske man ska kika vidare men eftersom det var så nära allt så gjorde det inte så mkt att det inte var smockat med folk. Det var snarare skönt)

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Betten etwas zu hart, aber Geschmacksache. Wäscheservice nicht zu empfehlen. Zentrale Lage, aber ruhig. Zimmergröße gut. Kein Schimmel. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand.
