Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, huge bathroom. Only points lost are for upkeep. The chair in our room was broken and there was some mold in the corners of the bathroom but nothing too alarming. We would stay here again. Good value.

Great view from ocean view room. But cracks inbetween the door and frame so bugs could came in. Unclean bedding. Shower dirty. Pool was badly maintained the rocks are all sharp on the step. Really need to do up the place. Good location

Room was dirty, smelly, extremely outdated with ripped bed linen and towels. Mould on the floor and ceiling, light fitting dangling from the ceiling, bathroom was disgusting and no lock on the room door. Location was quite good but did mean we had some noisy neighbours

Love the beachfront accommodation. Lovely pool and stunning sunsets! Only reason for rating a good / 4 for the area is due to the vacant lot across the front entrance and for property condition in area seems tired. Loved it and would recommend and stay again! Thank you.

Amazing staff, and spacious sea view room, it was lovely the view. The only aspect to improve is the hardness of the mattress of both of our rooms made it really hard to get a good night sleep.

Room was in not-so-great condition with dirty walls and mold on the ceiling. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The staff was decent to us but we witnessed them being very rude to others. The outdoor area is nice, though the children’s pool was in poor condition. Nice little beach area.

A nice escape from the busy area

This place is nice and affordable. Pool is nice and cleaned regularly, restaurant is nice (closes from 2:30'4:30pm) daily. 10 min walking distance to shops, restaurants, massages. Bike rental up the driveway hill. Close to dive shops- reccomend DPM (right behind the hotel) On the beach so it is nice to move from pool to beach, or enjoy a sunset dinner in the restaurants. Towels provided for pool and shower. Bed is hard and thin pillows, but it was managable for 6 nights. Balcony is nice to have as well.

Good location but needs a renovation.

Great location but very outdated - this hotel is in dying need of a renovation. Lots of bars/ restaurants within walking distance and access to a small private beach. Our room was only serviced once during our 4 night stay. Spider webs around sink after we checked in and the shower head was broken.

Good place but lacks atmosphere

It was a good location, the hotel itself just needs some tlc all round and the hotel would be really good. The restaurant served good food but you would not know it was open as no info in the rooms, no background music so you woukd not know it was there. With a bit of tlc and better organisation this place could be unreal.

This is a very outdated hotel. Totally misleading in the pictures.its not just outdated but things are dirty, broken and rubbish left everywhere. If I’d known I would’ve avoided it. Don’t be fooled by the regal resort name.

Resort is a bit out ofnthe way and the bar closes randomly throughout the day so its hard to get a drink or even any ice during the day and with it being a bit of a massion to get into the main part of town you find yourself hanging out away from the property more than not. Pool is absolutely beautiful and large though and walking distance from the ferry.

Great staff at the reception. They acted om our claim that the aircondition in the room didn’t work, and send a technician to fix it while we went out to eat. We got back to a note in our room, that the technician couldn’t fix it right away, and that we therefore should move to another room which was better in every way. Very positive experience.

This property has huge potential as it’s conveniently located, but is a resort that is in decay. Not upkept at all, the room was filthy, we had to keep asking for housekeeping to actually sweep, sheets stained, gym was pathetic as nothing worked. Also a lot of mosquitoes especially near reception. Staff was friendly but not eager to help

I don’t know how this is classed as 3 stars the hotel is in a terrible condition, doesn’t look like anywhere has been renovated in 20 years. Room was awful, furniture hanging on by a thread, mould on the walls, curtains all ripped, shower broken and cold, air con super loud windy noise, the bed was so uncomfortable and really noisy squeaks every time you move. No safe in the room or lock on door which made us feel uneasy. Hotel is at the bottom of a hill but is walkable. Overall wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location directly at the beach and a 10 minute walk to many restaurants, 7 eleven shop, many dive schools and the port. The pool is nice as well. Our first room was terrible. The ceiling of the shower was full of black mold - awful. We asked for a new room and the staff moved us to another one. Basic, but clean and no mold. No room service unless you ask for it. You have to be early to still get available pool towels. Also, reception is only available from 8am which we didn’t realize until check out. We had an early ferry to catch and wanted our 500 THB deposit back. Staff was even 20 mins late to open reception and didn’t even apologize for the delay. Overall wouldn’t stay again and can’t recommend.

Ok hotel

We were a couple staying here and a little reflection afterwards is what you pay is what you get. So with that said, it’s a cheap stay if you are on a budget but I wouldn’t come back and don’t know in the first place why we booked it. From the hotel it is 15 minute walk to the center of Sairee beach with all restaurants and bars. I should of course have double checked this so my bad. Breakfast is terrible and lunch is nothing special so eat some where else. Beds are really firm, the rooms are old and not that fresh and you can hear everything so we got woken up every morning at 6 AM when people slammed their doors. The nearest beach is nice though, the pools are cooling. I would guess that the hotel is good for backpackers or for people on a budget, but as a couple who is in Thailand for a nice vacation I would book something else.

Lage okay, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nur 1 Badetuch pro Person, kein Handtuch zum Hände trocknen. Zimmerreinigung unterirdisch schlecht, Handtücher nicht getauscht, sondern einfach wieder gefaltet. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Dusche spritzt in alle Richtungen, nur nicht da wo man sie braucht. Das so genannte „Fitnessstudio“ war in einem Raum am Pool, jedoch waren wirklich ALLE Geräte defekt… Es sollte mal eine Kontrolle stattfinden, was an diesem Hotel noch der tatsächlichen Bewertung entspricht und wirklich ma eine Grundsanierung vollzogen werden!!

Super placering

Super placering lige på standen Stor pool Alt trænger dog til vedligeholdelse Ikke styr på værelser da vi ankom. Havde bestilt to værelser men de havde kun et. Fik dog et bedre værelse men ikke på samme etager som vores datter. I gå afstand til centrum via standen. Svært at gå dertil med kuffert fra færgen pga mange høje bakker. 15% stigning lige foran hotel. Udtjekning kan først ske kl 900 så er der gratis taxi til færgen som går kl 930. Skal man have taxi før koster det 300 baht I mangel af bedre med denne lokation kunne vi godt finde på at komme tilbage
