"It's fairly new and you can tell they work hard to keep it nice. Unfortunately the power wasn't stable, power cut off a few times at night time which can be quite annoying."

"The view to Shark Bay was outstanding from our suite. There are 276 steps from the sea to Reception at the top. A great workout everyday. The pool area is beautiful - a small gym served me well. The property is high on a hill top w a steep walk down (or up) to the main road or villages - the property is a ways from the main villages so you’ll need taxi or hotel transport w various drop and pick-up times - the main dining room/restaurant was lovely - great food and service when we choose to dine "

"PROS: Staying in the villa was a very cool experience and the views were amazing. The bed was also very comfortable and the duvet was great. In addition, the staff were attentive and they would pick us up from our villa to reception in a golf cart for free (steep hill but could easily be walked). "You can swim off the beach with a snorkel mask and find one of the best reefs including sea turtles, and if you wake up early before the tour groups or are lucky black tip reef sharks too. Area was clean, and pools were gorgeous. Good breakfast but poor layout creating a few traffic jams. Also the amount of stairs or hills you have to walk is too much for some, also expect taxi to charge 400B one way"

"I extended my stay at Mango Bay and continued to enjoy the resort as the weather became calmer than the 1st week. As usual, excellent snorkeling and kayaking - typically I had the whole bay to myself in the evenings. Sublime! This is a family run resort, so the longer you stay, the better the the experience. I really found it to be a warm and helpful group of people who genuinely made me feel at home."

"It is a beautiful hotel among the nature outside the town on top of a hill with a beautiful scenery where you can see a wonderful sunset and admire the sea.we had a comfortable room with a balcony where we go hear the birds and see squirrels.2 big swimming pool by the restaurant ,free shuttle to the town at specific time,pleasant and friendly staff.I highly recommend this hotel but be prepared with mosquito repellent ."
