"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"Great people, great service, great location, great accommodations. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommend."

"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"The location near the wineries was amazing. I loved the restaurant there and the views were gorgeous. Make sure to take the day trip to Matala beach!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Aphrodites apartment. Uniqueness and quiet serenity of this traditional Cretan house in the mountains would be hard to match. We would be happy to return."

"Great stay! Would recommend"

"Stunning views, such a warm welcome and great home cooked food"

"I could not imagine a more friendly welcome or stunningly beautiful apartment to spend the night in this gorgeous town. 10 Stars"

"We were the only guests and were very well looked after.first rate Cretian breakfast. Bed linen changed after two days. We used their Taverna in the evenings. I would say a car is a must. The olive oil, wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic. Cash for restauran"

"Stayed here for 7 nights. Did not have breakfast so could not comment. Room was cleaned every day but, for some reason the cleaner never made the bed. Instead he folded the top sheet and blankets neatly at the bottom of the bed each day. Very close to bith the beach and town centre but no noise from outside to disturb your sleep."

"Air was working well, super clean , staff was helpful, and it’s a good location. Thicket bath towels would be nice."

"A clean and new hotel nicely close to the airport."

"Very nice and clean villa with great and friendly hosts. Great restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect. Thanks a lot Michalis! "

"Great stay!"

"Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained"

"Good location, very clean, buffet breakfast with plenty of good choices Restaurants on site à la carta and dinner buffet breakfast available"

"The staff are incredible. Location is good, but be warned, very close to the airport so you do hear planes takeoff."

"Very nice hotel, good on site restaurant, convenient to waterfront, walkable distance from bus station."
