The staff people were great! They went above and beyond, and I really appreciated them. When I arrived, I saw that the countertops in my bedroom and bathroom had mice droppings on them, but I called and the staff came amd cleaned the countertops. I thank them for that. Also, I did not realize I had booked 2 rooms until Flora contacted me just one day before my check in. I contacted Expedia and they spoke on my behalf to Flora management to remove the extra room charge because the additional booking was made by mistake on Expedia's website. However Flora Hotel refused. I will not be staying at Flora Hotel again.
