"A fantastic hotel delivering great service. My family and I made plans to spend our week in Phuket sightseeing, but ended up spending much of that time at the hotel. Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. Hotel's location is great; restaurants/entertainment all within walking distance including a very clean beach. Highly recommended. "

"Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details...

"All these years Centara gave me an impression of a wonderful holiday in Thailand, until today. I was staying at Patong and due to move over to Centara Kata for the 2nd part of my holiday. However, heavy rainfall and serious flooding inundated various part of Phuket and Kata is one of the worst hit area. Just one persistent rain away from another episode of flooding waiting to happen anytime. I was driving and I cannot afford to let my car got flooded. I called in to request for refund and was...

"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...
