"Clean and nice view"

"Beautiful rooftops on the 32 floor. I was very impressed with swimming Pool on F floor along with sky walk bridge. As far with the hotel itself it does not meet the 5 star standards. The lobby with reception desk look like an airport terminal which could be part as the terminal 21 plaza mall to make look as airport. The room looks very dark lack of lighting and the shower does not have any sliding of dividing walls."

"Nous avons énormément apprécié les chambres qui nous ont été mis à disposition, le personnel de l’hôtel était aux petits soins c’était très agréable. Une petite note en terme d’axe d’amélioration serait de mettre la climatisation dans les ascenseurs."

"Stayed here for a second time. The staff are amazing, and always treat me with the upmost respect. The only downside that I didn't like was the 2000 baht deposit I felt wasn't disclosed up front. Its not a significant amount of money, but it still would have been nice to know. Outside of that I had a great time, I felt they remembered me from last year, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay."
