"Veldig fin leilighet. Har selv eid flere leiligheter i Jomtien igjennom årene, og denne var fin. nye fine møbler, nylig oppusset. GOD seng, og bra Wifi og aircon. - bra utstyrt, stor smart tv og ALT du trenger på kjøkkenet og av alt annet. Imponert ! Generelt veldig fornøyd med "value for money" og kan absolutt anbefale dette. Eneste minuset var at de bløffet på strømprisen. Vi ble belastet 2500 thb for 9 dager i strøm, og det er nok uten tvil ikke gjeldende priser, her har utleier lagt godt...

"Pros: Very big room with kitchen and washroom. See through window to shower area (if you like that stuff). Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action."

"This condo was very clean, and well equipped for all our needs. It was very quiet, but only a few hundred metres from south Pattaya night life. There’s a quite well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and a pool on the third floor. A very pleasant stay at a very affordable price. "
