"Beyond PERFECT! We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were outstanding from start to finish - friendly, attentive and always willing to accommodate our requests. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking -Allowing for some amazing sunsets. Happy hour was also a nice surprise with an assortment of cocktails both with/without alcohol. "Not as advertised at all. No ocean view. About 5 minute walk to the beach at not an ideal beach location. All kinds of garbage and mess around the property. Been in Thailand a month and worst hotel I’ve stayed at. "

"Fitnesscentret var under al kritik. Vi måtte informere personalet om, at det ene løbebånd ikke virkede og de resterende træningsfaciliteter var gamle og ikke alle funktionsdygtige. På Hotels hjemmeside står der beskrevet at de har adgang til et andet fitness, med gratis adgang, dette er ikke tilfældet og derfor falsk varebetegnelse. Hertil oplevede vi at måtte rykke værelse, da vi en helt nat blev forstyrret af rotter i ventilationssystemet i vores værelsesloft. "
